Dear Blog,

I'm feeling very very upset now. Why are things going into such opposite directions. It is as if everything is against me now. i had 2 wishes this year. Just 2. I've already lost one and up to now, i'm still quite clueless on how to react to it. The other..dont you think its great when u can go out doing something that u like with all your friends? Well..that was seemingly coming true until today. Something that i have planned for so long.. so damm long.. something that i was so looking forward to from all the unhappiness that i have been containing in myself. Its just going to just disappear. I'm fucking upset totally fucking upset! I cant concentrate on my revision, i cant smile as if i have no worries in the world. I'm sorry blog. I didnt meant for you to be my outlet but it just so seems that i have no one to turn to. I dont wanna have my friends be sick of me..i'm just so afraid of that..how is it that my confidence in myself and friends have reached so such a low poinT? i dont understand..i really do not understand.. these few weeks, i really feel like crying out loud but somehow..it just cant ... i hate bottling up all these feelings in me.. i really hate it...

Hmm the night before an exam.

I have nearly forgotten this feeling. The feeling of nervousness...the feeling of not knowing whether i've prepared enough or not. Gosh.. its so scary. EEYER! now i know why i hated exams!! how how!! so scared! argh.. i'm going to sleep early tonight. I so going to break the 3am sleep record I WANNA SLEEP BY 10 today!!!! roarZ!!!!!!!! ARGH!! Yo!

Another 3 more days towards the very first paper. Aerospace propulsion.Its a very scary paper like there are tons of things to study and memorise on the other hand there also alot of understanding need in order to process the calculation questions.ROAR!!! Oh well I really hope its do-able.

Next up, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOON! As I type this out, I believe the guys are meeting up with Boon at the pub to celebrate his birthday already. Omg.. i realised how sad it is to be here while one by one.. I miss my friends' bdays. Really miss them alot man. Anyway as everybody knows, we each have more than one different circle of friends. Like for example, SP squashing group, Bmt friends, Unit friends so on and so forth. Does anybody think it is possible to actually have everybody to know each other? DOnt you think its cool that being the middleman.. all your friends actually kinda know each other? Honestly its been quite tough doing it but I really do wish to achieve that. Oh well.. lets see how things go?

Now now! I've recently just signed up for facebook. And honestly.. haha i havent really have the time to really check the webbie out. So i apologise if i were to miss out on requests and such. I'll make it up after the exams alright?

Ok..now for an anime introduction. Recently I have been watching this new anime. Rather I have completed viewing it. And I do recommend friends who like suspense and horror to watch this anime. Its really nice. Its called Ghost hUnt. I'm attaching a a preview of the first ep here alright?

Hmm.. throughout the whole show, you could see certain stories that would seem similar to certain movies. Such as Chucky and the rinG. Honestly I've nv really been freaked out by a horror anime. Ok freaked out would be to harsh a word to use, perhaps startled? But it might also have been because of my incident back in oCH that has still left a disturbing image in me. But anyway this show is gd!

Alrighty, the next thing would be. Guys and girls. Could you all help me ask around who's interested for a fishing trip on the 17-18 november trip ? I'll attach the details below

Costs are all based on 10 PAX.

Duration of trip : 7pm to the following day 4pm
Location : Horshberg ( Extreme south east of Singapore waters )
Amenaties included: All meals will be provided for. ( BBQ!!) Live bait, Toilets, cooking area, beds, Rods , reels and tackle will be provided for as well. Hence just bring yourself.
Cost : 120 bucks

That was a trip to horshberg and well if you or your friends find it too expensive. Hence the next one wil be

Duration of trip : similar as that as above
Location : Tenah Merah area
Amentilies : Similar as above
Cost : 70~80 bucks

As you can see the only difference would be in the price and also location. Horshberg is a much better fishing spot as the chances of landing larger fishes are higher as compared to tenah merah.Therefore I would highly recommend Horshberg instead. But honestly for those who are interested. Well.. if the cost is going to be a problem tenah merah trip would be fine too.Then if the date is going to be a problem or why the dates 17-18 were chosen. Thats because those supposedly the better dates in the lunar calendar as compared to the other dates. The nxt best date would be on the 1st dec to 2nd dec. Hence do keep me informed alright? I really hope to confirm everything by the end october. So peeps help me spread this around alright? thanks thanks!! Currently i've managed to fill up 5 places hence I need help for another 5 more places ok? =)

Now regarding next year. Honestly when I first came, i was picturing a nice apartment/house then when i go back home after school I'll get to see all my buddies. Dont you think it is cool to actually have everybody settle down together at the sofa and enjoying watching shows on tv or dvd, having a family like feel at the dinner table and such? Sadly I guess that is not going to happen. I'll be moving to MSH nxt semster for the first 6 months. Perhaps after that I'll see if i'll be able to move in with others and hopefully that scenario I have pictured would appear. I guess I'm really more of a family person. Haha i miss the feeling of being at home with my parents over dinner. Although i do not watch shows with them as much as i wanted to but i really like that kind of feeling. On sundays where i head down to my auntie's place is really the best. All the cousins and relatives would gather at her place and we'll have dinner at times when everybody is present, we would have to actually open up another table. haha the other table used to be called the kids table but i guess we have out grown it already. But ya i miss that feeling, that warmness. I also miss the times where i shared my sad and happy times in bunk. I could still remember, back in bmt, Alvin and I would always lie in bed talking about our problems even though its already nights out. Back at the unit, I could still recall during course time, Fu Yong and I would always bring our chairs to the other corridar where its the wind-iest to enjoy our cup noodles or the times we were always in bunk 3 to watch tv and i was there lying on Ky , Hc or Jh's bed and we were chatting about problems and stuffs, even agruing was fun back then or maybe even the times where hc would find me at the end of the corridor during lunch where i'll play my guitar and he'll sing. ok enough of blabbing..

Har the anticipated trips for this yr would be going to BKK with nicole and her cousin in nov and also to taiwan to visit mek with ym,ps,thomas and nick. Wah! I cant wait!!! hahahaha!

Hey..

You know, back when i was in NS, when everybody else is counting down towards their ORD date,somehow i was quite immune to that jovious feeling of having to break away from the claws of the government. I guess it was because i knew that i was going to fly to aussie to study, leaving all my friends behind but then now that I'm going back to singapore, i cant help but feel very very happy!! I cant wait to meet up with all the peeps back in sg. Joe and Sm, Johan, Weifu, HongChuan, Kaikwai , Rq and all the rest of the dudes. ANd of course, the gals! Yimin , peishan , liza, sabrina and all rest too. I really cannot wait to go back. Come in another few more days, it will be just one more month before i'm back in sg! Oh man i cannot wait!

Exams are also around the corner and its so scary. I've never been so scared about exams in my life. Not for PSLE or even Os haha, poly exams, i guess i really took them for granted. But over here its really different. Recently, nick and I went out to morington peninsula for a boat fishing trip. Ok it wasnt fantastic cos we kept catching flat heads although one person did catch a shark. Ok la, the shark was fine i guess...not really big though. Oh and i personally wanna thank Esther for helping organising all the activities. If it werent for her i wouldnt have got to know glorie, dan yuan, aaron and the rest of the guys as welll. It sure was fun being out with them. Hmm not too sure if i;ve mentioned about this.But Christy did come over recently for holidays with her bf. Then we did make a trip down to great ocean road. Sadly it was raining that day hence the pictures werent really that nice but hell it sure was fun. The nxt time , we're going there. Its going to be a 2d 1n trip instead of 1. Its because trying to reach the 12 apostles and back home in one day is really too tough!

There's been a few things going on in my mind and well.. its unsolved but i guess it will remain unresolved bah. I really dont know what i should do. In certain extent that i'm glad i was giving all this alone time to really think of things perhaps in time my questions will be answered but for now... well.. thats not going to be possible. hahaah! ok la. i'm going to go take a shower le.

Its been 2 months? or was it 3 months since I arrived in melbourne. Time had initially passed so slowly that it was so unbearable. But now with exams just around the corner, time is relatively as fast as a speeding bullet. And before u know it, nick and i would be back in singapore. Actually i'm alittle apprehensive about going back.I mean when i first came, all i wanted was for school to start, as with a start, comes the end. And with the end, i could be back in singapore. But things happened and I really dont know what to do and feel when i do get back in singapore. Ok food yes.. who can miss out on all the great food that singapore has? partying at mambo nightz! but is that really what i want? Originally i had dreams, hopes..images of what may, would, could happen. But I guess things will not end up the way i want it to be. Things have gotten awkward..distant..weird.. maybe iterally as far from sg to au but i cant stop myself from feeling the way i did.Or rather, what is puzzling to me is that, I dont understand why this feeling just wont fade away the way i want it to. Why do i still cling onto it so much even though i know its not going to be possible;even though things nv started in the first place. why? why is it that i get upset when i'm alone? why is it that i dont bear to throw/delete/clear the memories. Why is it that nowadays i have to refrain myself from saying the things i want say? why? WHY?!i dont want to be in a situation whereby these feelings stay with me for the whole 4 years. I dont want that to happen. i just dont.. I dont know if i mentioned this before, but i had a very nice dream sometime back, a dream that is nver going to be reality. Maybe that is why people always say that dreams are dreams. Maybe i should change myself.. change myself to suit others. But whats the point of doing that.I dont wanna to be accepted as someone that you want me to be rather i want to be accepted as me, as who i am! Even if it means that i'm boring, stupid, silly, insane, whatever. sigh this sucks.

I miss my friends back in sg. I really do.The friends that friendship were made easily but the bonds forever forged in our hearts. Over here, friendship maybe made easily but there are definately no bonds, no links. Fuck. I've had enough of trying so hard to be a gd friend,I totally have enough. Why is it that i find it so hard to open up to most of the friends that i have made here.I hate this feeling... i totally hate it. Where was the happy go lucky dan? sighz. Perhaps i should really use this chance to learn how to fully control my emotions.

Hey.

Things have been really insane lately. Lots of work to be done.. assignments, revision. Gosh.. and its just another 6 more weeks to exams! OMG its so scary. Hahah speaking of exams, huiwen said that she'll treat nick and i to durian if we were to be able to get 3 distinctions each. Muhahaha ok loR. The bet is definately on!Thanks for giving me the motlivation to study man! lol. Oh yesterday, there was this insane last min sale at melbourne central. It was really like last min. Like yesterday itself, my friend msged me only in the afternoon that theere was a sale in Melbourne Central frm 5pm onwards.Then i told Yvonne about it.. haha it was so funny to see how girls actually got excited over sales. But anyway when i was there, omG! there were like alot of girls doing their shopping la! Like super crowded! Oh i was with Anna, she's a hongkie and i got to know her thru Esther's cell group. Ok thats for the nxt paragraph. Anyyway back to melbourne central, Fu yong, if u really like billabong, you have to come over to aus to get your billabong clothes man. Their designs are so so much nicer than those in sg. I actually saw 2 t shirts there that i like but sadly they dont have my size. All too big! damm!!! Then i was at another shop where i saw a very nice stussy jacket. 169 bucks! Ok there's a 15% discount but then still.. wah! so expensive! ok maybe i'll get that nxt time.. hopefully there's another sale! I must definately start saving money.

As mentioned.. Esther's cell group gathering. You guys would most likely know me as a Taoist bah and that I hate people who just to go church to know girls. Totally hate it. On the day that i went for esther's gathering, i felt very very bad as it was like i was contridicting what i said. BUt anyway Esther, thanks! i really enjoyed myself. Totally liked the atmosphere the people. I got to know a few people as well. Such as David , Huixin , Xin Yuen and Anna.But right now i'm just contridicting with myself if i should continue going for such activities. I actually told david the whole thing and he was like, "nobody starts off as a christian, and besides we dont see u as a christian but rather as a friend" Hahaha.. he is really nice =) Felt so much at home that day.. oh well..

Anyway i dreamt of her last night. Haha. I dunno whether to be happy or to be sad. Happy cos it felt so real but sad cos i doubt it could ever happen. Up to now i really wonder if it was something i did or something that i didnt do. There are days that i really feel like crying but somehow those tears wont flow. I miss her smiles.. her voice..her teasing...her presence but i guess i'll have to gradually let it all go. As long as she's happy , I'm happy for her too =)

And that milk doesnt work well as a sauce.. i need to find something thats able to make the sauce creamy..And also gotta work on the appearance abit. HMMMmm.... ok enjoY!

Hey hello!

Ok its time to stop being emo! Haha this is so exciting! i've come up with my own recipe for tml's dinner. Oh tml's dinner is going to be chicken chop with orange creame sauce. I've just marinated the chicken chops with

1 orange
2 cloves of garlic
1 slice of ginger, diced into small slices
a dash of salt
pepper
white wine.

well not too sure on how that is going to taste like. but yeah.. then for the sauce ... lets see

finely diced ginger
orange zest
one orange juice
milk

Yup thats going to be what i'm intending to cook for the sauce. Hopefully it will turn out gd =)Then its going to be accompanied by mash potato as well.Haha if it turns out well..maybe can open shop in sg le! Aerospace engineer turn cook! Anyway i was watching jamie oliver on tv just now and gosh! he is so fat now la! but with him being fat, its also vv funny to watch him as his expressions are very hiharious.

hey! hows everybody? I dont think i have much to update this time. Havent really been sleeping well lately , must be the late nights i do over the weekend. Hai. I miss driving. U know i really wish i was back at the wheels driving down Great Ocean Road or even just down PIE towards the east coast park, to the airpork in the middle of the night, then going to that long never ending lane behind the airport where u can just park outside the fences of the airport to watch the planes fly over head then after that, head to over to my fishing spot to be serenated by the soothing sounds of the sea. I really miss doing that... I miss all the things that i did back in sg. Some i believe i can redo all of them again.. whereas others i guess will just be etched deep into my memories highly unlikely for them to reoccur again. As much as i wish it could, doubt its possible anymore. I miss going to east coast,liquid kitchen for new year, chinatown during CNY, vivo, far east, the jap resturant on jurong hill,going daily scoop, squash, the few occasions of clubbing, staying awake to be on stand by , giving morning calls. Nvm la.. i guess this is just something that everybody has to get over it in some point of their lives right? None the less i'm glad.. i'm glad things are the way it is now.. bo fish, prawn also gd right?

You guys must be wondering why i wrote down the rough address of the places right? Well I just dont wanna end up forgetting where they are actually at.

Recently I was reading a book titled " Dealing with People you cant stand" Ok, I'm not exactly done with it but till where I am, I've realised the type of person I am. In the book, they have mentioned that there are ten general types of people namely, the tank, the sniper, the know it all,the think they know it all, the grenade,the yes person, the maybe person, the nothing person, the no person, the whiner. For every one of them,they each have their own attributes. I'm not too sure which one I am but i realised that i'm the kind of person that needs to be appreciated. I guess its my way of keeping my confidence up. Like, I like the way my gd friends would tell me secrets knowing that they can trust me and stuffs. It keeps me feeling appreciated and I'll be vv happy. Sigh..there's so much i want to say but i dont know to put it into words. Maybe i should LAPLACE what i'm thinking and type in the transformation of it. Ok i'm not making sense. this sucks.. Ok.. i just wanna say, that i really really really like someone vv much and like what my msn nick is now, right person, right chemistry but at the wrong time. And whats worse, i'm not too sure if its me but we are distancing le. its really painful but i really have no idea on what to do le. If as friends.. am i supposed to like stay away or am i actually allowed to worry for her and stuffs. I dont know. It was great in the past as gd friends whereby i dont even need to ask about things, she'll tell me naturually tell me. Its around 2346 now and my eyes are really closing le so this would be quite short! Ok! To all my close friends... can u try to recall the smooth flavourful tastes of daily scoop ice creams? Arent they nice?! Yeah! and i totally miss it! Especially Rum and Raisn & durian. Well, today i was on my way back to sch and i've found it! Not exactly in the same type of flavours but!!!! The texture of it is gd!! ok 4.50 bucks for a one scoop! But this scoop.... we can put 3 different types of flavours into it! let u have a peek of it! Do see how HUGE a scoop is!

Hmm.. if i had remember correctly, it caffe, creme de brule and tiramisu! muhahahah! so happy~! thats going to my fav ice cream in mel till i find something better! hahaha~

Ok.. now.. lets backtract abit. Curry. Who would have thought that we would be having curry over in melbourne. yes you can find curry in the city, in indian resturants. But how about at home? GD MORNING EVERYBODY!!!!

What a nice tues morning. THe aroma of maple favoured pancake simply fills the room. Haha but its not me making them. Nick's in charge of it. Hahah actually i do feel quite bad sometimes as nicky boy is always the one in charge of breakfast. Somemore i just dont have the urge of waking up early.That habit is simply not in me man! Ok, school is now into its 3rd week and well.. its really astonishing at how fast they are actually teaching us. Last night i was looking through some of my poly notes and i realised that for aeropropulsion, they had actually completed a poly's semster work within a week!! How insane is that?!Although maths is more like 2-3 chapters a week as compared to 1 chaper a week in poly? Maths is really a headache! Those who had heard me complain will know that, on monday which is the first class , we would always leave the class room dumbfounded with lots of question marks around our head then come fri, we'll leave the class with a "Hmmmmm....." or so to speak, we do understand alittle bit.Then before u know, the whole cycle repeats itself. Goodness!! Ok enough for school work!

Last weekend, Nick and I paid a visit to his auntie over in melbourne. Haha she's a vv nice lady. She brought us around to her place, over to boxhill , lunch and also dinner at the end of it. Nick also has got a vv distant cousin named, zy. She too seems vv nice. Haha Life is so much better when u start to have friends. Maybe its a pity its not like in sg. But i'm definately happier as compared to when i just arrived. Hopefully we could have outings whereby we could just bring an friend the others dont know and then frm there get to know more pple. Idea? hmm.. well we'll see!

Oh.. I've been stewing soup since last night and the smell of it is fantastic!! ABC, Carrots, potato , onions and tomato with pork bones since last night!! ma ma mi ya! =) The last time we had bak ku teh and we stewed it overnight, it ended up that even the pork bones were soft enough for us to just bite it! awesome right?! This is what happens when electrical is inclusive of the rent. lol.

Friday morning 0338hrs and i'm still not asleep. Sigh this inaliblity to sleep is really starting to piss me off badly! I hate being awake now. I just hate it. Apart from the 1.5hrs tram ride to bundoora and back, now i have even more time to think of nonsensical stuffs. When is all of these going to end? I hate it!! being in such a situation! Well, today i've made another friend! So happy! Yvonne! She's a Singaporean and was from SP Aero too! But apparently she was here since the start of the year. Ok she does seem like a pretty quiet person but well, it cant be helped i guess. Its our first time talking to her. Haha! lets see, since i came here, how many new friends have i made? Esther and that is all thanks to jiahui! thanks for intro esther to me !! now got another squash kaki! And Thanks to Esther for introing Joanne too! Then i have to thank my dad somehow for intro-ing me his malaysian's colleque daughter, Jennifier who actually stays 6 rooms away from Nick and myself. Hahah! ANd thanks to Jennifier for letting us know her cliche of friends although i dont think i can recall all their names. But they do seem like vv nice pple! Then there's of cos Aaron who was from our cohort of Aeronautical students. Hmm.. the squashers in rmmiT..well.. they seem pretty cold.. but it would really be great if i can get to know ben , jacky better? shrugZ. This squash team is realy alittle cold..And speaking of squash, i think nick and myself are able to join in the Australian Uni Games in September and the games will be conducted in Cold coast! hOW CoOl is that? But sad to say, there's a $$ requirement. Its $$450 for 5 days worth of acoomodations, 2 dinners. And that does not include the transport fees. OuCh.. its kinda painful in my pocket now. OH back to friends.. there's also Kelvin, a Singaporean from my project group in aerosystems, Nick from Thailand and Feng a Pr here but he was from China though. So overall i guess its not too bad right? well.. slowly slowly bah. Although i must say i do miss sg and i really really miss sg but oh well..what to do.

Before i start bloggin, i wanna say that this neck of mine ought to be chopped off man! I dunno whats wrong but it has been hurting for the past few days. To be exact, today is already the 4th day and it hurts =( hai!!

Its finally saturaday!And i've finally found some time to blog alittle bit! Hows life babes? Well, i have finally understood the cons of having 2 years of doing nonsensical, non studies related activites. Dont you think that government should actually have the option for students after their Polys or As to choose whether they would like to pursue their studies first or serve their national service? I mean like, i also have friends that are working after they have finished their NS. LIke for them, it would be perfectly fine to do NS first. BUt for those who would like to further their education, the option should be opened for them to go for their studies first and come back for their national service later. Of course, there is the possiblity of them migrating or changing their citizenships and as what singapore is good at doing, there can always be terms and regulations governing the contract as to whether to further their studies first or not. Anyway yeah i'm complaining so much as i was totally dumb founded with mathamatics and aerodynamics on the first week, no , on their first lesson of the semster. OMG! what laplace transformations? I cant even remember how integration works man! Then what boyle's law, PV diagrams bah bah bah. omG!!! I cant seem to recall anything!!! diE! =( ANd i guess my course isnt like what my mum says, "singaporeans who come over here, confirm will do well de as Aussies are lazy!" Omg! Thats not possible for my course man! lOoking at the way they are, its no wonder why the lecturers are so proud of the course and us. Its really a demanding course and honestly i am also glad that their degree has been established for quite some time. Enough about school... lets see..the lifestyle here. Firstly i must say that the aussie government really takes good care of their citizens. Its really welfare man! Can u imagine? They actually knock off earlier on fridays.. like say 3pm? Where in the hell do u get that in singapore man? NO WAY! Fake MC la! ANd there's also alot of welfare for the under privalage people as compared to singapore. Thats definately a plus point there. But other than these..I cant think of anything else man. Food is expensive..no let me rephrase, everything here is expensive. and although everybody says that in western countries, the people tend to be more friendly and stuffs? But in actual fact, it turns out to be that , when they actually try to talk to u, u wont really know whether if they are sincere or not. Unlike back in sg, its more obvious whether the person is just trying to FU YAN u or is really interested in being friends with u.ANd there's really something that Australia should adopt from Sg. Come oN! You guys end activities way too early! I'm still in disbelief that i'm home by 6 almost every other day! like omg! thats like so GUAI of me! when will ya see that in sg man? And one more thing.. their schools, should really have orientation CAMPS. Damm i'm so envious of all my friends who are now going through their orientation camps! so xin Fu!!! hai..

ANyway today Victoria's market seemed to have some crazy sale or something. Everything is like going for dirty cheap?! One big packet of potatos are just going 1 buck! 1 buck!! can u believe it? 2 steak pieces of salmon for 10 bucks. or how about 2bucks off if u were to buy a kg of meat. HUGE naVal oranges for only 99cents per kgs! gosh! insane!! Nick and I like bought alot of things today la! if i'm not mistaken we spent about 50 bucks today buying like,

Of cos they have to cater to the western sizes but then, singapore is multi racial? And arent we being resist by offering smaller seats to our western counterpartS? Hmm..that is definately something they have to look into.

Anyway as u all know , cars here are cheap. That day, there was an advertisment selling a mitshibitshi Pajero 1989 V6 for only 5500bucks! New tires and road tax till nxt year. Damm tempting right? There's also another one thats quite tempting. A mazda Astra. The hunchback version of the 323 series. That one also 5000 bucks. But then we dont quite know the condition of the car as its from a retailer and we havent really been bothered to check up on it. But it definately looks gd. Like in the transformers movie. Its not you who chooses the car, its the car who chooses you!

Speaking of movies. Transformers was awesome!!! I totally love Micheal Bay!! He is an awesome director man! The man behind movies such as armaddegon, black hawk down, pearl harbour. He is the man! And Megan Fox! OmG! what a babe man!! lol. Then there was also harry potter. Ok.. i like the movie but damm the book was better! Something that i have learnt. Always watch the movie first before reading the book. I guess that way your expectations of the movie would not be that high.And Emma Watson. Omg, i think she's damm pretty too! Haha..maybe i should get a life size poster of both and put it my in my room. damm. I'm thinking way too much.

Ok.. no updates for so long i guess i had better update something! haha well actually its nothing much really. squash courts here are damm expensive. like 30 bucks an hour? insane! Nick and I found quite a number of factory outlets such as nike, addias, timberland, ripcurl and related merchanises. Oh..anybody into doughnuts? we found krispy kremes. Ok i must admit its really not too bad! =)

I miss singapore.. i miss my friends..i miss my family..i miss the food. but there's nothing that i can do. From now till dec.. thats like another 5 more months. haiz. it feels so damm long. so many things can happen during the 5 months. so much.. hai.. am i being very random now? i guess i am. oh well...

Hey all!!

Sorry for the late of updates.I've been really lazy lately. Anyway just to let everybody know! NIck's here!! Rather he is soundly asleep in the other bed at the moment. haha.. i'm really thankful for Nick being here. If it wasnt for him, i think i'll really be sad being all alone here while waiting for school to start.

Anyway with nick here, cooking seems alot more exciting and there's more variety in the things that i eat too! So far we already had salmon! potato soup, tom yam noodles and alot more! haha! i'm growing so fat! Today we had actually went to the market, gotten ourselves like 2 kgs of fish, 2 kgs of chicken wings , pork bones for soup and some veg.

I dont quite know what to write actually..cos all we did were recce out fishing places.. go to shopping centres in the cbd area. Right now i'm actually thinking of trying out on taking their trains to the various suburbs but doesnt seem worth the money to do so though. shrugZ i would rather drive around.

These few days i've been thinking alot on what i really want. 4 years is really a long long time. Should i wait till the end of the 4 years? or should i just do it when i'm back in dec? Somehow i'm worried that the end of 4 years, i might have already lost my chance. But then again, i dont want it to end .. rather i dont wish for it to end at all. I havent felt so serious over something for such a long time and i am really confused. I'm already so picturing us together, maybe even working together if what u really want is to be an air stewardess. omg.. i think i am going crazy. this is really driving me insane. The simpliest of things that you say,do, can so easily make my day , any time , any where.sometimes i really wish i know how or what you are feeling or thinking. this distance.. is really a challenge. i'm sorry that i'm no longer there for you not being there when u need me. sorry.

Hey all.. ok today's entry is going to be short.. life alone.. is really lonely. I've got too much time on my hands and its freezing! Hey bloggie!

Finally I’ve got some time to update on my life here. Its been 3 days since I’ve been in Melbourne and one thing is for sure! The weather is really cold!!! BrrRrR!! Imagine me in a long sleeve shirt along with 2 pull overs and 1 jacket! Diao.. so much for having fats.

First thing first, I wanna thank everybody who turned up on Sunday night. I’m sorry if I didn’t managed to spend enough time with you, I’ll make it to you when I’m back k? HugZ and kisses!! =p And thanks to Sab for making me the last passenger to board the plane. =p ok I was joking, I was actually very glad that she managed to arrive in time or to be exact to make time out to send me off even though she’s already at ken’s bday. Thanks sab! Joe!! You too! Thanks for coming to see me off even though u had to rush through your dinner break. Thanks!! Alvin you too.. fancy ya going dblO with me, then you going over to JB and yet still rush down to the airport after that. U = Power! Lol. Ok photos will be uploaded later on when my internet is actually cheaper. Currently I’m at the hotel using their internet. CAN U BELIEVE IT? 10 bucks per hour!! To think Singapore is like giving away free wireless almost any and every where!

Actually today is quite a sad day for me. My parents and I had actually went down all the way to point cook to look at the flying facilities and instructors. Ok point cook is really far! But well.. its quite an eye opener considering its like the country side? Ok so we spoke to Wayne which was also the chief ground instructor over there and we spoke from the original 35mins to 1.5hrs. It was really enlightening to have our questions answered. And now.. the disappointing news. I’m only going to do my flying diploma after I complete my degree as even after I complete my flying diploma and receive my liscence, I will still have to pay to fly in order to maintain my liscence through the nxt 3 years of my degree course. And the requirements of the course is actually pretty tough. Can u imagine throughout the year, besides major holidays, there are no school breaks or what so ever during the course? While others are back in sg for their summer holidays say frm December till Feburary, I’m actually still there studying? LOL. I don’t know, another reason I guess why I don’t wanna do that now, is also because I don’t think I’m able to take that kind of life for my very first year in Australia, especially when all my friends are actually in Singapore.

So far I think Melbourne is pretty boring. Ok besides having a casino around, things are expensive, shops close early yeah.. there isn’t really much around to do. Oh.. their portion of food is crazy. Its as if, rice or potatoes are free! They just give tons of it. So far between my parents and I its always 2 portions then we share. Even so, we also cant finish everything. -____-|||

Har hAr HAR!!!

I realised that I havent update my blog for ages! Even my CONSCIENCE is complaining. Thanks har! U know who har! lol. =) I realised that always like to use the word anyway. So anyway, since the last update i've been busy with packing my stuffs, going out with friends , squashing and not to forget, EATING! OMG i've been eating so much lA!Anyway first pic update would be pictures taken frm my HongKOng trip with my best pals Joseph and Shaomin. YES the 3 gays are finally out on a holiday together!!! Ok.. One thing I have to admit, Hongkong is a shopping paradise. Given a choice, i'll choose HK over BangKok anytime! We were actually over in HK for 5 days and basically 4 out of 5 days were for shopping.

Day 1

Arrived at Hongkong international and checked into uncle sam ( Sm's uncle ) condo. Ok felt more like a hotel actually. THen after that it was just simply shopping shopping and more shopping. SOrry guys but i had actually pissed joe and sm off ont he first day already cos while we were shopping I had actually tried to enter every shop that i can see. We shopped to the extent we didnt know night nor day, lunch nor dinner so in the end.. muhahaha. our dinner was at 11 plus hence i was screwed. Hmm.. if my memory didnt fail me, we were basically shopping in mongkok area. yup yup

Day 2

More shopping over in mongkok, around the place and we started our abuse on their MTR concession card. Can u imagine, we actually just took a train to another station just to use the toilet? muhahaha. we are crazy la. And if i'm not mistaken, we went to the avenue of stars that day too.. er.. either day2 or 3 la. cant really remember it already. And let me say that the festival of lights is one thing you have to catch when u are there, its really nice!!

Day 3

The day whereby we got culture shock. OMG.. back in Mongkok, we thought that the girls in Hk couldnt make it but when we were in Central, our fears were gone. Muhahahahaha! er.. yeah more shopping already. We went up to the peak that night. and i tell u something, if i have a gf, i may just wanna propose to her over there. its really nice! or at least i wouldnt mind spending the whole night with her over there.

Day 4

I believe we did some shopping in Yuen lang , whereby SM spent 800+ hk dollars on espirit stuffs. Well.. the factory outlet is there. Hmm.. i really cant remember where else we went that day

Day 5.

Anyway at this pt of time, is it just another 7 more days before i head over to australia. I'm excited to go but sad to leave. Its an extremely confusing feeling. There are times whereby i actually look through the old pics and just tear for a while. Dudes and Babes! Lets not forget each other k? I'm really going to miss you guys! Must come visit k? To another deeper extent of friendship. Relationship. I think i finally understood why SKB was so frustrated over what to do the other time. To continue as friends or to proceed on further only to realise things wont work out and there goes a friend, a vv gd friend in the process. Long distance relationships. Well up to now, i've only seen one worked out and thats XY's. I feel that its really a long tedious journey but its also a journey that one would only come on stronger. Should I risk everything just to try things out or just remain as how things are? I really enjoy the times together. I havent gotten this feeling for the longest of time. Doing all the things that i said it was stupid or silly. Thinking and missing the person every other time. Wondering how she is when she is out or sick. But ultimately, i dont want this feeling or relations to go away. Its a very nice nice feelling. Its winter over in mel now but i think when i'm there, my heart would still be feeling as though its spring. Sigh.. i really dont know what to do. As much as i would rather stay behind to continue and see how things go. But i know its a very dumb thing to do, I've lost the chance to acheive my ambition of being a pilot and i will not do it again. Then if i were to go ahead and try, wouldnt it be selfish for her to wait.. not 1 year but 4yrs in this process? Sigh.. maybe i'm fated to be single le. Someone tell me what to do...

6 weeks to go and counting..

Having to come up to this stage of my life, I definately have regrets, regrets that I cannot undo or improve. But one thing is for sure, I have definately made other things better in the best ways that I can and to all my friends out there, especially, Joseph, Shaomin,Alvin, Johan, Weifu, HongChuan, Kai Hwai, Fu Yong, Jiahui, Liza, Yimin, Peishan, Sabrina, Denise and Yuting. Thanks for all the help that you have given me. I wanna apologise if I had made u pissed, disappointed or upset at me but just wanna tell all of you all that i love you all lots and lots! Life would definately be alot different without you guys. And not to forget last but not least, NICk!!! who's over in aus now, bro.. I dont know what to do in aus without you man. Lets study and play hard over there man!! =) OH.. to all the guys who are reading this, anybody wanna do the advance diving course? Nick and I would most likely be doing ours nxt june when we are back during winter hols. So as you all know, the more the merrier!! =)

In just another 5 more days , I'll be going over to JB with the platoon dudes. The most likely size of the group would be around 12 and lets take lots and lots of pictures ok? I wanna save as much memories now cos life is going to be so different without you guys. I'm really going to miss all of ya man! all the pain and joy that we had gone through in the unit, thats really something that i will never forget so guys.. lets always keep in touch k? The week after that, I'm off to HK along with Joe and Sm. Its going to be our first holiday together and definately not our last!! Haha it was really funny how we actually tried to plan our itinary out today and with my mum nagging at Sm not to drink water directly frm the dispenser. Hey.. pictures bros.. pictures.. we are definately lacking in them throughout these years. So its time to make up for it k? =) hugZ!!

Yup, just to tell you guys I'll be leaving on the 17th of June. An 2330 flight. So most likely I would have to check in by around 2130 and board around 2230. Hopefully by that time, I would been able to meet up with all of you all and maybe hope to see u in melbourne for holidays whereby Nick and I will definately welcome u to our humble home. yup!! =)

To those whom I have confided in these past few weeks/months, I believe you know that I'm feeling lost. My route is already set, ORD followed by my first year in Aus doing my Dip in Airline Transport Pilot and followed by a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Recently, there's been a very big issue regarding SIA Pilots and the A380 superjumbo jet. Apparently pilots assigned to the A380 are only paid as high as a B777 which is strange considering how much bigger the A380s are. Anyway the main point is, the pilots wages were actually revealed on the straits times and an average pilot can get to earn up to 250,000 per annual! Thats god damm alot of money. But somehow I wasnt really happy. Strange huh?

Up to now, I'm actually still wondering what was it that i did wrong in my past relationships.Its not like I didnt put in the effort or I totally neglected them.. up to now i'm clueless. I no longer have the confidence to actually commit and able to say that, things will work out fine eventually cos it has never did. With the past few months, i've been looking for different things to divert my attention, playing guitar, fishing , learning how to dive and even clubbing. But in the end, it doesnt seem to help at all. I'm just prolonging this pain that i have. Even though , i do have someone in mind now , I dont dare to venture any where further than just friends. I'm enjoying the company, the laugher , the joy and i guess that is something i do not wish to lose.

I rrealise that i'm not making any sense. nvm...

Hello Everybody!!!

I've got a question for you guys. Do you think 500 bucks is worth for a 3d2n trip to Tioman with food inclusive? Well.. its not! But if it includes diving, HELL YEAH ITS WORTH IT! LOL

I've just came back from open water diving course in Tioman with HC,KY,JH,FY and SKB and honestly, its damm damm addictive. I'm already thinking of taking my advanced open water. Having been to Tioman and back, one main thing that i can say is that, SG waters are horrible. Where can you actually catch clear water near the shorelines and as you slowly drift out, the water turns blue then gradually dark blue. OMg... Tioman was really beautiful. Sadly we werent with any girls if not it might have also been a damm romantic getaway!! OK, diving.. though its damm fun but its also very tiring. Can you imagine? After clocking our first 3 dives in the first day, we had actually went to bed at around 8plus.Ok..let me lay out our itinary out for our trip,

Day 1

Trip to Mersing Via coach through the night. We boarded the coach at around 8 and reached in Mersing at around 11plus. Well, it wasnt much of a hotel though, more like a motel, pictures are as below. Nothing much for the first night rather. And I forgot to add, my roomie for that night was FY. LOl. instead of sleeping we were actually talking till around 3 plus. Maybe thats why on the second day we were so tired. As for the topic we were talking.. muhahaha for us to know for you to find out.

2nd Day,

We set off in a speed boat to Tioman. It was a very small boat with only the capacity for only maybe at most 20 pple? Upon reaching there, we checked into our room and off we went for our first dive, 2nd dive and finally the last dive. Sad to say , i only started taking underwater pictures on our third when the best dive of the day was our 2nd one.The 2nd dive was where we were just totally surrounded by fishes. Swarms of them! Hmm.. yellowtails.. Kunning fish i think. Selar. haha Tons of them la!

For the nxt few pictures, if you look closer at the dots. Those are actually fishes. I'm sorry my camera wasnt gd enough but well.. its all in my head already =p

Now.. on the way to dinner....Thats why i say, its also a damm gd romantic getaway as well... dont you agree? =-)

Day three.

2 Dives. 1 lesson 1 leisure. Lessons.. was ok.. but leisure omg. The coral reef was awesome. We actually managed to spot 2 sharks. If i wasnt mistaken its 2 full grown black tip sharks but sadly we didnt managed to catch it on camera. So yeah.. It was sad that after the leisure dive we had to head back to mainland sg. If its possible i would have opt for another dive in the afternoon.

Oh, speaking of niCk. On wed we went down to Zouk for some mambo jambo along with sab. Ok.. i dont think sab enjoyed it well.. i guess thats quite normal for most girls. GIrls are always into RNB. ha. Ok.. alittle sterotypical there. But yeah. We actually drank quite a fair bit like, flaming lamo, b52, rainbow and tequila sunrise. Ha.. goodness i really missed hiM. SOrry that i couldnt send you off on sunday though. If i could i would. Really sorry about it. Anyway Hope to see u sOOn! its less than 2 months! =)

Dear all! How have ya all been doing? Hmm.. NickZ back!! haha ok my weekend has almost been fully devoted to him already and gosh did i miss him man! He didnt change, he didnt really grow fat , he is just nick! lol. OK la.. over the past few days, we managed to catch a movie together, squash and fished together too. And speaking of fishing, thanks to bob, we found a pretty gd place to fish for fishes and gosh there are alot there. The only setback, its illegal. Damm saddening right? But that day, We managed to bring up several of them though we only kept 2 of them.

On wed night,the guys(A1) and I were at Zouk and I have to admit..the songs there were great! Awesome! and the 1 for 1 offer, is definately a gd grab! Anybody wanna go there again? hehe. pictures below...

Hello.. I'm depressed. FIrst the stupid squadron run.. and now.. my pc is down! Apart from that, my internet connection is giving me the same probs as before. Disconnecting on its own. Very inconsistant bandwidths and what not? Sigh... I really hope that my pictures and songs would very much still remain in that pc if not i'll be damm upset.

Anyway Nick is coming back soon! Its just another 5 more days before he steps foot into singapore soil once again. haha!!! This really calls for a celebration =) hehe.

Hmm..i dont quite know what to crap about. I'm just feeling very very sian. I had duty on saturday and i really do not understand why people from the SAME unit actually like to backstab each other. Its really quite irritating. So much for the " we are one big family" policy. Its just a crap of bullshit. To think that I used to respect him so much. Oh well.. it doesnt matter anymore, i'm going to leave this screwed up unit. Oh. You know, sometimes i really wonder if the upper managment, IE to say Mr CO, if you actually have the cheek to say that you do not have time to attend A5's POP, then make sure you do not have any other time to do things that are not detrimental to our daily routine. Especially when we have tons of workload on our hands. Do you think everybody is like your suborinates? We think and confirmed, that YOU ARE FUCKED Up. Do you get it? Nobody likes arses who think they are big shots just because they are high fliers. Goodness be humble for christ sake. Without us , your arms and legs, I dont even think you can even be where you are standing right now. If it wasnt for the fact that tomorrow's run was so last min, I would have definately applied off/leave so that i wont have to hear your stupid speeches and of course, not to see your face. Sigh, whatever .

Oh, for all book fanatics out there. Times bookstore is having a promotion this week. All books are going for a 20% discount till 1st april. Time to buy the books are only during lunch hours which are from 12-2pm. Ladies and Gents , if you have been eyeing on any book these couple of days/weeks, dont get to go grab them now alright? =)

Tired tired tired....

Parade after parade after parade

Today marks the Change of Command Parade of our SAF Chief of Defense Force. And 1100 servicemen and woman participated in it. In both Marching as well as GOH contingents. Ok.. I must admit, it was pretty fun. But one thing definately sucks and that RSAF has gotta improve on, logistic support! Once again we were the last to leave Safti. Parade ended at 420.. but we only left at 730. Sigh.. I had wanted to go for squash today but by the time i had reached back to unit, it was already 2030. Sorry, I'm lamenting again. But well.. this is going to be the last few posts regarding NS. I'm going to ORD soon! Yay baby!! No more parades or outfield me~ lol.

Its already 2300 and i should be getting into bed, gotta go back to camp for duty tml. But just before i end...

Anybody wanna go for a short and cheap holiday? like say those 3 days kinda thing ? I'm clearing leave and off in may so... what say you?

HeY heY!! I only got something to say.. Nothing to update!

lol. ok, its not that i have nothing to update its just that i dont really have much to update.

1) NO off for the ADOC COC parade. ( THis i think is pretty much screwed up)

2) Was at vivo on fri to watch music and lyrics with bifen. the movie is gd! go catch it alright?

3) Anybody got weekend events job to recommend? And in may.. got jobs for pubs? or high paying part time jobs? I wanna work..

4) was at st james again. and my verdict " go there after 130. Any time before that, the music sucks!"

5) I wanna start running again. Need to get back my stamina and also hopefully, hopefully the chance to train and see how much the juniors can grow would represent it again.

6) In may.. anybody free to play squash? I'll be free almost everyday and i definately wouldnt mind playing it everyday..so any kakis? =)

HEy!!!!!

The ADOC COC parade is finally over! yaY baby!! haha.Ok la i've managed to take some pictures of us in our no1 but pls msg me to send it to you. =) Then i've also brought back the no1 so that i could take some pics with my parents. haha its not so often that one can get to be the GOH so its best to make full use of it. and here are some of the pics

Now for saturaday. Alright.. saturday was really happening. I had squash with latif in the morning and goodness was i tortured by Latif, Peter and alvin. SIgh.. my shots are just way too loose when i'm under pressure.Oh!I've also managed to take a picture with uncle latif =) So after squash was the lunch appointment with Edwin and Zhong! Ok we really havent met up for a very very long time and it was really great to be with them once again. Hmmm lunch was at this place called Curry Flavour whereby their signiture dishes were their Japanese Curry Rice sets and honestly it was worth the money! =) Haha if i wasnt mistaken we were actually frm there since 1230 till 1500 before we decided to head down to Marina square to take our bus. Ok here are the pics of the food we had and also with uncle latif.

Upon reaching home , i didnt manage to do much as time was really short so off i went to vivo to meet up with see june and lim lin for a movie. Primeval. Ok.. it wasnt the kind of movie that i was expecting, you know those of jaws kind of genre? but it had a huge influence on politics in the movie. Ok lo.. maybe i'll give it 6/10 for it? After that it was dinner over at geylang and yes it was beef hor fan and you tiao. Ok to me.. i still prefer the yee mee version of it so..yeah lo.After that, off i was to vivo again to meet up with the guys. We were going to St James for the very first time! Ok first we were into powerhouse and kinda got into some trouble at the entrance as we had used a friend's membership card without his ID so..yeah. Wont go into it any further. Anyway St James is really a hub for clubs. There's the Powerhouse, DragonFLy, TigerLive, One latin live band, the Balcony and a top level that I didnt managed to enter as it was for 23 and above. Ok the idea of the place is that once you have the UV chop, you are allowed to enter any of those pubs or clubs at your discrection which is awesome. Powerhse that night.. the music was really not too bad as we didnt know how to apprectiate house songs? But tiger live was really power and there were quite a number of girls around our age as compared to dbl o. Speaking of age. The age patterns there are like either u can find pple our age or its going to be 30 and above. Its kinda drastic i must say unlike dbl o which is like an average of perhaps 27 yrs old? Anyway back to the topic.. originally i had wanted to leave at 2 as i had squash in the morning with joe and sm but haha i must say it was addictive and we only dragged our feet out of tigerlive at 4am in the morning. EXHAUSTED i must say! Wenyao and I simply just sat down at the stairs while the rest discuss where to head off to. Goodness that was my very first time chionging till so late and also dancing in such confined spaces. And yes.. ST JAMES was CROWDED! VERY CROWDED! Ok here are the pics...

Actually to all bloggers, have you ever wondered why you blog? I was thinking about that for sometime already and pls dont laugh though. I blog nowadays is not because i need an outlet for my feelings but rather to serve as a memory for me when i grow old. I'm pretty much forgettful in nature and bloggin allows to retain the memories that i would like to keep and remember. so what about for the rest of you?

Hey!! you know somethinG? RETRO STILL ROCKS!! hahaha!!

Yesterday i was out in the morning playing squash with Latif and his gang of friends. Ok they are good rather very good! I had a game with Latif, Suprmum and also Joe. I played badly with uncle latif , practically he was making me run like crazy throughout the whole game la! THen after which i had a game with suprmum. Even before we started, he was like " No wonder u cant hit properly, the way u are holding is wrong" GoodneSs he actually caught such a simple mistake with just a glance. Explains why he is also called superman. lOl. anyway thanks to him my game play was actually alot better =) . Then a game with joe which was like normal lo.. i was made to run again. lol.

After that, it was lunch with my dad and then stonning at home till around 5 plus till i went out to marina square to meet up with Xy. When i was over at marina squre, i recalled that sm was supposed to be at dxo hence i gave him a call and we kinda met up over at marina square where we did some window shopping. I was at ZARA Man and then there was this awesome overcoat. I tried and i liked! But damm the price is at a bloody 179 dollars!!!! Ok it is cheaper than the tench coat that i saw at adidas but damm! its still FarKing expensive! Should I buY? LOl. Anyway Xy and i settled over dinner over at glutton's bay which unluckily rained while we were eating halfway. Talk about suay right! Ok la.. nothing much after that cos i had to meet up with the guys to go dbl O thats why we didnt managed to catch a movie at all.. sorry.. lets watch a movie another time k?

Today is sunday and i'm not squashing. Feels kinda weird i guess. Anyway, what i dread the most is going to happen soon. OUTFIELD. SIGH. The worst part, is that it is tml. Anyway nothing much have really happened throughout this week. OH wait.. on friday , the 3 ADG squardrons were invited to down to ECP to run. OK i belonged to the walking party that day so myself, weifu and toh ghee.. we kinda side tracked frm the running route and walked towards bedok jetty to look at the various fisher men and to our amazement, we actually got to know an EX-160sqn personnel who was also under A1 and was under the time of master chua and sgt peck. How to put it, though we have never met before but somehow just becos we come frm the same unit, it felt as if we had known each other for sometime. Anyway that guy fishing over at bedok jetty and he was telling us that some uncle had caught a huge cobia. ANd to think i was tellling weifu and toh ghee that u cant catch any big fishes in bedok jetty, i was wrong! the cobia was BIG! nearly a metre long. It was a waste i didnt bring my camera phone if not i would have taken a pic of it already!

Then last night i was at ben and jerrys with sm for the nus talent quest semi finals and i must say. the last band that night was pretty gd. I wont say its very gd as their songs are not really catchy except for the the last one titled " Can i have your numbeR" THat song was cool but the rest of the songs , oh did i mention? all their songs are original numbers so we really have to give them alot of credit for that! yeah the rest of their songs right.. they were too loud , to an extent that u dont really apprectiate the lyrics anymore yup. anyway their finals are nxt week at dxo. tickets are prices at ten bucks and it includes 2 drinks? or at least one! so anybody free?

HellO!!! Yesterday was really a fun day!! Imagine booking out of camp after a public holiday duty and there i was playing squash with the dudes, Shaomin and Joe! Goodness , god knows how long it has been since we have last played. Besides I needed the excerise to lose some of the weight!! HELLO!!! I had wanted to update this blog last week but apparently webshots was down during that period and i couldnt upload the photos that i had wanted. Hows everybody? Lets see.. the past 2-3 weeks were pretty alright. There were basically 2 major events that are stuck in my mind till now and they are the steamboat that mek, alvin, yimin, peishan and thomas had over at my place and also the rice table buffet that I had with the dudes.

Actually not to also forget the outing that i had with yimin and seejun at chinatown yesterday. Goodness Edwin has just told me that he is going to chinatown like NOW? 2310hrs. I'm seriously doubting that he'll be able to move more than 5m in a min. Yesterday was already like so packed, with the 3 of us oftenly being seperated due to the incoming crowd. I dont know whats with me but it has been a habit since poly that i would head to chinatown during the festive periods to be immerse with the atmosphere. Anyway yesterday while we were at a shop selling sweets, the uncle was like " Hey! One packet for 5 dollars , my boss has gone to chang mai and ask us to mai , but we dont know how to mai so we are mai-ing to you all cheap cheap 1 packet for 5 dollars! any sweets also can!!!" So the 3 of us were actually pretty captivated by the sweets. The sweets are actually those MUJI? Hmm.. those sweet pastries frm taiwan? SO yeah basically i was just like standing at the pack letting ym and sj do all the collecting when suddenly this auntie frm my left threw a handful of sweets into my packet thinking that i was her husband. It was so funny when she reallised that i wasnt. lol. Oh did i mention the uncle kept asking us to pack as much as possible into one packet? so basically when we were done, our packs were pretty heavy. Then after that we walked downwards to another shop that was selling jelly. So once again it was one packet for 5 dollars but this time the uncles werent as friendly as the other one. They kept making comments such as " hey .. dont overload that bag, know your limits!" IT was like so rude la. but oh well.. heck! we only bought one packet. OK in short over at chinatown, Yimin bought sweets. Seejun bought some biscuits and the sweets while i bought sweets, pomelos and also watermelon seeds. yay!! haha. After that we headed to geylang. NO.. not that. Pls dont let your mind sway the wrong direction but rather we were looking for the you tiao ta wang but sadly it was closed then we just went behind to purchase some oranges that seejun's mum had requested while i got some durians for my parents. Being slightly thristy and hungry, we decided to head towards chomp chomp but sadly it was already almost closed. So there we were at the prata shop opposite it and I DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE ANYMORE!! Talk about bad service and lousy food. That shop was as a complement of both! LIke.. the guys there took 15mins to get our order and then another 15 to serve the food. which was already done like 10mins ago. Whatever la. THen we ordered tea with milk and guess what we got? Milk with tea and lots of sugar! sigh.. damm lousy la! anyway i'm uploading the photos so enjoy!!

Now are for the pictures taken during the steamboat. Oh actually after the steamboat we had proceeded to wala wala for a round of drinks and also treated to an awesome gig by a rock band! Btw i do have to prewarn you guys that certain pictures are definately not for the faint hearted.

And now for a more emotional tone. I'm really gonna miss all of you guys when i'm over in melbourne. And right now.. i really wish to be able to go out with all of you all! Over and over again. And btw.. i really wanna say thanks to someone. Thanks for forgiving me. Even though i doubt you'll ever read this but I really feel alot happier knowing that we could still be friends hopefully back to the gd friends we were but even if we cant.. we are still friends. =) . BGR is really something that i'm not looking forward to, I've realised that its alot better to be very close friends than to venture into somewhere not knowing where it might end up to or worst still cant even be friends. I made that mistake before , actually more than once and i guess i have finally learnt my lesson. But anyway that statement is only applicable to those of short term relationships. For long term relationships.. if both parties are willing to commit ultimately i feel that it will most likely end up being fine. Ok i'm not too sure what i am talking about now. I'll just let nature take its course =)

Hello Everybody! Chinese New year coming and inorder to usher in the new year, i've decided to give this blog a revamp. Actually its just a lucky thing that i've manged to find one skin that has a picture of an Airplane in it. Ok for the past month i guess it has really been a real unlucky one. lets see, within a span of 4 weeks. I had gotten 1 sprained knee with resulted in my other 2 ankles strained as i was over dependent on them, 2 car accidents, 1 bump on my head which bled, signing 3 extras as i've failed my test. Yup.. goodness how unlucky can i be right. Hopefully as the weather brightens up so would my luck. Btw is anybody interested in visit the night market over at chinatown before CNY or on its eve itself? if yes do msg me k? =)

Hmm as for plans in the future, I dont really have many as its just another 5 more months before i leave for Aus. Actually at this point of time , I'm having rather mixed feelings about going to Aus. I mean like being in aus is gd , its fun and its a learning experience but how about my parents. They arent getting any younger anymore and i'm really worried if something were to happen to them. Its not like Aus to Sg is just a drive away. IF anything were to happen its going to at least a full day before i can arrive back. sigh. this sucks. Then there's also the issue of leaving all my friends behind. sigh. On a happier note, there are a few upcoming events before i leave for aus and the first would be....

Steamboat over at my place on the 3rd of Feb with Peishan, Yimin , Thomas and MEKKO! YES she's back again! The tiny little auntie. Ok i'll keep you guys updated on that as it comes =)

2nd event would be the diving trip in april. So far the group involved would be Fu yong, Kai Hwai, Wenyao , Junhan , Hong Chuan and myself. THis is one trip that i'm so anticipating it! During the trip i think i should be borrowing my uncle's underwater casing for my camera then can go down under and take pics! so cool right? Anywares any interested parties pls inform me asap as well. Hopefully before the start of Feb? As you all know, the more the people the cheaper it is. =)

3rd event is the deep sea fishing trip to either Indonesia or Sabah. Goodness i really cant wait for it! its been ages since i went to indo and i can still recall the sweetness of the sashimi squid that we had that night. haha. IF i'm not mistaken this trip should either be in march or in april as well. any interested parties?

4th event..actually i havent really planned for this yet but is anybody interested in doing a short holiday trip to say KL, Thailand or something? Then it would be fun if you guys invite your friends along and make this into a socialising trip as well. well.. just a penny for your thoughts anyway. But do keep me updated on any issues alright?

Hey...

I really dont quite know how to start my update. Feeling kinda emotional now. Sigh. You know i'm tired of organising things. Why is it always me thats always organising things? Its tiring. Imagine arranging squash every weekend. Gotta sms all of you all and then be answerable to all of you all too. Better still, arranging to celebrate a friend's bday. My friend , HE had to go to taiwan somewhat during his bday month for 3 weeks. And when he was back and i asked if we could just meet up for dinner? So that we could pass him his present that took us so long to get. His reply was that it was a tassle to meet up for dinner. And so that is it. He's off to brunei for 2 weeks. It would be dec when he comes back. 2 months after his bday. Oh.. now friends are a tassle? gosh. I'm sorry perhaps i've always been a tassle right? sigh.. somehow i feel that life sucks. sucks big time.I dread being in being camp cos there is no way of avoiding contact with him. I dont know. Its reached a point whereby i cant even stand being where i am at. Not just him.. even the unit. OmG... how FUCKING wayang is 160 SQUARDRON going to be? My question to CO .. How much are you willing to go inorder to get your BEST UNIT title. What does the BEST UNIT mean to you? Sarifacing your men's weekend for them to do RT so that u can get 100% passes in ippt? Taking away their Nights out? Having to make each soldier have 4 USMS just becos the other units have more? Didnt someone within the management mentioned before that comparing is not gd? WHy are u comparing? Does that make your port folio look gd? Allows your to climb the ranks fasteR? So what if u do get the Best Unit title this year? Do u earn the respect from your men? THe only driving force thats running the unit.. the force that u choose to abuse and neglect just for promotion sake? I'm disgusted. I dread. I hate the unit. If it wasnt for my close friends in camp , i dont think i would be able to take it in there. How i wish i could get more attachments that would put me away frm the camp. That would be great!SIgh forget it. Singlehood. Gd or bad? Up to now i do not know. But i'm not happy. That is something that i can confirm.I think the only time when i'm happy is either when i'm fishing, squashing or running. Doing things that would take my mind away. sigh. Time has been moving, is moving and will continue moving no matter what happens. Peole carry on with their lives as they normally do. Time will not stop and thats a fact. It has been months but why am i still feeling this way? Sometimes i really wished that wishes do come true beacause i want to go back to time. I want to tell myself that it was a dumb choice, a shadow that will live in me till this very moment.Wouldnt it have been great if i had just pursued my ambition in YFC without any worries , commitments. Why did i have to fall into this trap called love? It really hurts to see them giving their all into their relationships. Have i been such a bad boyfriend that it wasnt worth while for ya to do the same sariface or was i just taken on for a ride? Did i commit any less than them? I've lost all hope and confidence i have in myself. You know, all these while i have been very apprehensive about leaving to australia for my studies. But somehow, i cant wait to be there, alway from all the pain and sorrows of this place. To start a new life. To be a new danvin. Or forget it, i've always been f**Ked up and will always be.

Does drinking and clubbing help? Previously if u were to ask me that, i would say no. And now my stand is still the same but it does help you to forget the pain for that short moment. And even if its short, i would still go for it. I dont wanna think, i dont wanna feel any longer. Its tiring , its painful. Anybody wanna go out for drink? call me along k?

Hello folks!

As you all have known, Nick is now in Australia already. Enjoying his sights and sounds and yes we all do miss him bUt.. luckily we went out with him just before he set off. The 4 of us, Peishan, Yimin , Nick and myself. Below are some of the pics that we took at Kenny Rgrs that night.

Ok.. so now that is done.. now its onto another part of my life. Fishing. Ok.. i havent fished for ages and out of a sudden bob actually msged me to say that he was free that night hence there we were again, at tanah merah. The difference was.. instead of our usual spot which was on the right, we went to the left. Anyway i'm not too sure if i had already written this in my previous blog. But as they always say, a picture shows a thousand words. hence enjoy!

Ok.. last event. BUC aka, Best Unit Celebration. The BUC ended with a loud gunner's cheer last night. I'm not too sure if its cos we were high or that we were really happy. but having been through it last night, i've kinda thought it might just be a gd thing if i were to change my mindset regarding the unit. Yes.. 160 is all abt the packaging but deep down in it.. its still us, the operators that keeps the unit moving. shrugz. i'm confused. Oh speaking of which, i maybe posted out as a clerk to other bases as the doctorine states that any serviceman that down pes for 3 months or more will be needed to posted out as clerks.. Luckily AFC is fighting with S1 for me to stay behind as the status would end in abt a months plus.. HEard frm AFC that it would most likely be at LCK CAMP II. Hai..super far laa.. and i gotta remake friends again.. sigh. But the only gd thing abt that is that ,i should be able to meet up with liz more often. but thats abt it. har.. ok..i need my sleep!

Hi all!!!

Its a friday.
Its the 1st of july
Its America's Independence Day

Ok the above was done out off boredeom so..yeah. Ok.. firstly this week has been a pretty upsetting week for me. No squash on friday as there's an event this week. Secondly, i feel that there are some pple in my platoon whom have no idea what their mouths are actually saying. U know..saying it once its fine.. twice cool.. but if u keep saying it all the time, wth.. just becos i'm keeping my mouth shut abt your "high mighty attitude" , does that make u king? FUCK U! i really hope that there wont be a day whereby i'll just shout at u and ask u to FUCK OFF. I dotn care even if u are in my detachment, my bunk, you piss me off, i'll go all out.

Uphill run.. ok.. the thought of actually spending my whole afternoon and evening there had seemed totally awful for me. Ok so there it was.. a platoon of guys spending valuable time , stonning, looking for shade and then finally resting in the car. And we thought that could be bad enough, we were ordered to do the uphill run.* Ok.. by right we are the walking party * Anywares, the gradient of the slope was really steep. To be exact, my steps seemed so small that i had actually thought i was running on the spot. lol By the end of it, i must say, it was a pretty fun experience running up that slope and somehow, it kinda moltivates me to do running on slopes. It actually can get me high. lol Then after we were treated to a superb performance by SAF's music and drama coy. The songs were nice and the dances cool! but of cos thats my POV. =)

Lets see what i have been through within these 2 months...hmm..

June

1) MRI Scan

MRI stands for Magnetic Radioactive Indication. Its a type of Xray that scans specifically on the tissues/muscules in the body. The details of the tissues are further enhanced by injecting a die into the particular joint/tissue. For me the dye was injected into my right shoulder joint. Yes, its my shoulder again. Honestly i do wonder when it'll recover. Anyway back to the point, the scan was supposed to be more or less painless but sadly that wasnt true as the doctor administrating the injection was a total SCREWUP! Initially i thought that the point of insertion of the needle was directly above the joint but NO! the insertion was actually made abt 2-3 inches away frm it and it was slowly shift into the joint. IF that wasnt bad enough, she actually inserted WRONGLY and was trying to adjust the needle while it was in the joint! OMG.. it was so painful la! OK nvm.. after that another doc came and she was like " the point of insertion is wrong" Ok.. so whats new? Then she tried to do the same thing as the previous doc again.. hai.. some pple are just so stubborn right? I am stubborn i admit.. but not when someone is in pain right? Then after that she repeated the whole process again but at least it was accurate. so.. no issues =) The whole scanning process is basically being inserted into this tube and then go to slp while they scan for abt 30mins. Simple right? yeah.. anyway the pain was so pain that i wasnt even able to lift up my arm for the whole day. Luckily my dad was with me the whole time, if not i wouldnt have known how to drive the car back after it. yupZ

2) Fishing over at Indonesia ( Deep sea )

OK! This is my first time fishing in a deep sea and its definately not going to be my last!!! At first i was pretty apprehensive as the boats that i normally take for local trips are pretty small but surprisingly the one over at indo was big! Not only that, it had 8 beds, air conditioned and a pretty so-so toilet. It was a 2d1n trip but sadly alot of time was spent travelling frm sg to bintan to collecting supplies to the jetty and then to the first location. Ok for those who dont know what are ZAPAKI hooks, its basically a line with 6 hooks. USually if we fish in sg, when we increase the number of hooks, its cos we wanna increase the chances of catching A fish but that doesnt apply for us. FOr me the max on my line was 4 pieces of fishes but BOB.. omG!!! He got 6!!! And the best part it was off different species! lol. Anyway the highlight of the trip would be shown in the pics below k??

Hello!!

Surprised that i'm actually typing this on a wednesday afternoon? ha! Its cos i've been given an ATT C by the MO in my camp. Damm! Running nose, blocking nose, sorethroat, phelgm and sore eyes. Sigh..Anywares, just an update on the fishing trip in indonesia. Ok! i'll be honest on one thing, i didnt manage to catch that many fishes but at least i'm proud that i've gotten most of the larger size fishes in our net. Eg, the honey comb grouper, 3 seabasses , a few parrot fish [ i didnt manage to try it though =( ], a sweet lip. yeah. basically i think these are few large ones that i caught. Hmm..the food there was awesome. Imagine having, black pepper crab, egg, fish, sotong, calamari and veg for dinner. Omg.. its like a food heaven. Ok.. i think i'm starting to have a headache already so i wont continue any further but... just wondering...

anybody interested in fishing in indonesia on a boat, at tanjong pinang on the 27th&28th of this month? If yes, do msg me k?

Outfield has just ended and honestly i'm exhausted.Talk abt intense heat. How i wish i was in sentosa with my shorts and a nice cool glass of fruit juice. But sadly there we were in our no4, lots of dirt, lots of sun and the accompaniment of our buddies, the mosquitoes.. Gosh.. if ya think that our no4 was thick enough, pls think twice. I got bitten at back.. arse.. gosh! wth la! its just bitting through my uniform. okl a.. i wont add more as i'm not sure what is considered classified information or not hence i'm stopping here. yup.

HEylo people~!

How was your weekend? It was indeed pretty wet on saturaday right? Oh well.. what to do, this is still the monsoon season for a reason.

Anyway this weekend was a blast for me! I had actually applied for off on a fri so as to have our cousins' dinner on thurs night. Thanks Calvin Kor for it! Hmm we actually had Jap buffet at Mirama hotel. IT was fantastiC! Sashimi on freeflow. Sushi Item on unlimited and others. Of cos it wasnt cheap. If i'm not wrong, it costs 30+++ pax. But judging frm the quality of the food, its defintately worth it! After that, we had drinks over at wine bar. Hmm well.. ok.. i've confirmed that i can no longer hold my liqour as well as before, just one glass of chivas coke and my face was already turning red. luckily there wasnt any TP checks along the way if not i think i'll be screwed. On fri, firstly it was suntanning at sentosa with my cousin , 2ndly lunch at pasir panjang braised duck stall, third, shopping at bugis for clothes , 4th movie at PS.. hmm.. Keeping mUm.. is a movie only when u have too much time and $ to spare + a lack of lameness. 5th dinner with my dad . Yeah..i forgot to mention, i actually saw sgt james at bugis. Hmm.. nothing much abt that la.

Sat.. fishing... Hai.. this time round, i guess i was the unlucky one. I think i've got one of the least catches but it was fun. I had actually helped the boatman fish in his grutter. Omg.. its already one fish that can fight. Strong and powerful. Hahaha that i believe was the first time that i actually had to fight so hard for the fish. hmm..kinda tested the flesh today.. its not too bad i must say.. very..hmm..silky? yup =) My dad actually got sea sicked just 2 hrs into the day and i was shocked. Cos at first when i noticed him vomiting, i saw something red coming out and i tot it was blood but thankfully it was just the chilli that he took in the morning during his nasi lemak. well.. luckily the boat has beds too so he was basically resting in there. After the trip, we met up with denise at cat high and kinda..hmm i must say it was abit telepathic as her hp got stolen but when i arrived at the place, she was already walking out.pretty cool huh! lol After our showers, we headed straight to orchard to meet up with the rest of the gang of peishan, mekko, yimin, thomas and alvin for dinner and also to celebrate nick's bday. After dinner, i sent denise down to ps where she took a mrt back home while i went back to meet up with rest for a movie at lido. Ok.. sat was fun! but super super super tiring...

sunday.. though i didnt do much but it was very enjoyable as i had spent some time with denise. yup. Its not the quantity but the quality. +) thanks dear!

Anywares.. i feeling a little tired and gotta prepare for dinner so yeah. i'm oFF! take care folks!

An update to what happened over the weekend for me =)

Friday 310306

Book out day! Well, i spent the night over at SP playing squash with nick.Well, i'm rusty. We did some drills and while doing it, i kinda reminmisce the times i was being trained in court by Zaniel. Those were the days where we would come out of the courts, legs wobby, lungs reaving, pesperation dripping. Those were really the days. Miss it man. After that, nick and i met up with christy for some dinner cum supper at geylang. Had frog leg, fried oyster, stingray ( do not try it) and beef hor fan. Boy did i eat to my ulmost delight +) hahaha. I think we kinda spent like an hour there before proceeding to the kallang river to chill out. We were at the stretch where the indoor stadium is and if i'm not wrong, was there till about 2am. Chatting over aus studies, aus guys, relationships and stuff.Man, i'm so going to miss christy when she's studying over at aus. no more cousin to hang out with. Anyway after the chill out session we proceeded on to Jalan Kayu for some tea. haha we talked too much so yeah.. drinks were an essential item on our minds. If i'm not mistaken by the time i reached home and showered, it was already around 5plus. The worst thing was that i couldnt fall asleep, tossing and turning in bed finally let to me playing Generals till around 6plus where i fell asleep, only to be awaken by my mum at around 7plus to tell me not to go to the market but sadly i couldnt sleep anymore. Ok its saturaday already.

Saturday 010406 April fOoL... not a very funny day for me though

Marketing the morning, then around 12 i was out at beach road sourcing for a new reel and rod. One reel caught my eye, the shimano sierra 7000. Omg while just turning the knob right, the reel felt so safe, so smooth , so sleek. The price was obviously steep too. 70 bucks. Ok la,i might get it soon. Anywares i didnt get anything as i felt that the money could be spent on more urgent stuffs. Then accompanied nick for lunch till around 1420 before proceeding to j8 to fetch my mum to the gym. Gymming is obviously not my cup of tea, not to mention i didnt even have like 2 hrs of sleep. Anywares, reached home, tried to sleep but still couldnt so there i was playing generals again. around 6 plus.. i actually fell asleep! but.. hmm.. 10mins? WTH!! hahaha. then after dinner which was around 8, i went down to junction8 to get some stuffs ya.. then waited for nick to arrive which was around 2145 before we proceed to fish at tenah merah. Today, nick was the winner among the 3 of us. Nick caught all the fishes today. hahaha *claps* my dad, well.. i think he still can afford to brush up his fishing skills. hmm then around 1245 we left the place, fetched nick home before arriving home at 012+ whereby i rushed to take a shower and off i went out again. Felt pretty proud that i managed a time of only 15 mins or so to reach my destination but i must admit.. its dangerous.. yup ok basically thtas it so far.. time to sleep..

THe world is cruel, men are selfish. I cant believe that my N coy OC was so right. Well its true. what can i say? Currently i feel like history is repeating all over itself. The time where BX came into my love life.. its happening all over again. ANd the worst thing, i feel like the result will end up the same as well. With me throwing the white flag. Am i so useless? Yes i am. Do i suck. Yes i do. My tunnel of light is getting darker... and darker.. the white light that seemed so near has now become something that seems un-reachble. I feel like going into hiding, away from all these emotions. Can i turn back time and then freeze it to where i liked it the most? the 3rd of december 2005? CAn i? can I?

i cant.. time goes on without stopping, leaving me behind in a world thats no longer there. In a world which i yearn so badly. I wish to be alone yet i seek the attention of only the one, that one. i dont know.. i'm lost , i'm drowning in this sea of pain.

Hmm, not too sure why, but i guess i've just been feeling pretty emotional these few days.

Today one of my platoon mates had finally booked into camp. SUper long weekend la, since fri till tues. But he brought back along a very bad news. He broke up with his 1year plus gf. That had totally took me by surprise. He's the kind of bf that would do anything for his gf, can ya imagine that he actually spent like 1000 bucks on her bday when he is only earning 450 per month? Spending whatever time he has available for her. I think if he has to, he would even AWOL for her as well. Of cos he has his bad points too but nonetheless, the amount of effort and sincerity that he has put in, thats something applauble.Details aside, i just hope that his gf would understand his efforts and actually patch back with him..

His incident, kinda made me realised how vulunerable a relationship can be when one spouse lacks the attention and time from the other. Or rather how NS just simply breaks relationships up like that.. I dont know how to put it but seeing the others whose relationships are so stable , i simply envy their commitment to each other. Its also no surprise that yes i am worried abt mine too, i no longer know what is right and wrong or up and down or inside and out. Should i be selfish? should i be gracious? Love is selfish but love is also self-sarcifacing so what is love? Love to me, takes up many forms , its ultimately up the decider on how he/she wants to love and be loved.

Oh! i realised that i havent been updating since like FEB?Its been really a bz month for me with all the parade , fishing and stuffs.. Stressing me out man. Hmm the fishing trip then was totally awesome!! haha aat least i'm pretty proud of myself having to catch 1 cat fish, 2-3 mangrove jacks and some misc. Ok la.. its not really alot but considering the fact that i was usually the first one to land a fish at new spots i guess thats gd enough. ANd nick has therefore been proclaimed as the Snapper King!-it needs no explaination-. Actually the current that day was really so strong that even my size6 weights are actually drifting in the water itself so honestly right, i didnt feel the bites on my rod until i reeled in the rod to check and realised it was heavy.. The only time i really felt something, that was the time when my reel broke! OMG!! i was in the damm process of retriveing it and my reel had to break! GOSH! sigh! that was really unlucky.. OK the nxt up coming trip.. 8th april.. boat fishing along tenah merah and ubin.. haha.. with my dad.. christy, nick, bob, nick's 2 friends and maybe liza. Hopefully that day can come back with some gd catch ;)

Anyway besides fishing, the past few weeks were really.. demoralising i guess? i dont wanna go into details but things are looking up =) so thats gd!hahaha!

hmm.. i'm comtemplating of whether to stop bloggin or not, considering that i'm bz and lazy.. hahah =p

18 of march.. the highly anticpated sea fishing trip. Oh man, i just cant wait to go out to the open waters and fish. I really wonder what i'll be getting man.Seabass? Groupers? Snappers? RAYS? omg.. i need a new rod too!! hahaha dammm. i'm so addicted to fishing now.
Ok, just an update. Asian Aerospace 2006, was a disappointing show. Ever since the RSAF made their decision on the F-15SG which is a derivative of the highly recongised and combat proven F-15E Strike Eagle, the other competitors had just simply reduced their advertising and stuff. I mean at least for the last 2 air shows that i went, there was still the mock up of the Euro Fighter Tyhpoon but of course thats something that you dont get to see this year. Hmm.. was there anything impressive at all at the aeroshow? Well.. i guess that would have to be the limelight, the Airbus A380 in SIA colours. Ok i'm amazed at how huge and powerful the aircraft is. If it wasnt for the aerial display, i would not have expected that size of an aircraft to be able to have such high angle of attack.
Oh, i've just did my first weekend guard duty and as usual, duty sucks! omg, its super lack of sleep. I seriously prefer the times where i was on guard in tekong for my extras. Those were so much better and fun.

hi all! Guess i've finally found some time to update my blog after all these time..

Hmm, Valentimes day.. how was it for all of you all? Jill! how was your fried rice in the end? Didnt really hear much frm you abt it. btw whens our movie outinG ya? ok la. my valentimes day was spent going to the zoo,the resturant known as The Hilltop and lastly a visit to Altivo. Zoo was fun!Seriously, i have absolutly no idea how long i have not been to the zoo. but it sure was fun! The ancient "umbrella" shelters have now been converted to spacious air con rooms that provide such delight on an extremely hot evening. Ok.. something to note k.. never go to the zoo when its abt to close as thats the time where they actually "transporT" certain animals to the night safari.. such as the white tiger.. SOrry dear for not being able to catch it..Hmm.. after that we proceeded to the Hilltop at jurong bird park and no.. the resturant is not in the birdpark but rather at the top of the hill at jurong bird park. Its a japanese cum indonesian resturant but obviously i was there for the jap food, tepanyaki! Hahaha..i guess i ordered too much that day as it was my first time ordering... we had, king prawns, SALAMON SPECIAL ( OMG!! thats my fav!) , Sukiyaki Beef, Bean Sprouts ,Miso Soup, Chendol.. Its a good place to go there with friends especially at the tepanyaki table.With that we went on to Altivo Bar.. ok we were there to visit her friends whom were working there and also for some sight seeing. Oh btw, we didnt catch the fireworks as we had actually celebrated in advance on a sat. On valentimes day itself, i was treated to homecook specially made by my dear! Thanks dear! i love the spagetti that u made! And sadly i had to book back in to camp that night.. sigh NS life sucks! hahaha!

Anywares, moving on, i've just been bannned from playing bball in camp due to my shoulder pain. Sigh.. at this rate, i dont even think i'll be able to be attached out to Safsa for squash lor. wth!

Oh i had just went fishing with bob last night.. hmm.. i'm still quite undecided on whether to get a new fishing rod or not, thats because when i tried using his 2+m rod last night, i just couldnt get the hang of it.. so yeah i'm not really confident on whether to use it or not.. Last night's catch was pretty bad, the both of us had only caught 1 leather jacket fish so.. thinking that it wasnt really much, we decided to set it back to freedom..

ok i guess thats abt it.. will update more often when i get the chance

But i guess i'm going to give u the benefit of the doubt.Now,even for yourself , i'm not too sure if u had gotten the whole picture exactly right but even if u did, i believe that u are already biased against me hence it doesnt really matter. Now,like i've mentioned in my comment in Cbox, it seems that u have never been able to understand me, that doesnt matter now anyway. But do note that, this is my personal life so what right do u actually have to comment on it? Your recent actions only reflect on yourself and your own cultivation. Hello!

Its the festive season of Chinese New Year. So everybody lets just seat back and get fat! lol. Ok thats an overstatement. Anyways Gong Xi Fai Cai to all of ya and to my friends who bet on soceer, may u guys always win on the team that u bet on! =)

ok.. lots of things have happened ever since my last entry. The most significant one would of cos be that fact that i have passed out of my course. What a breather. =) I'm so glad the days of having night training, pumping, chin up regimes and confinements are over! But at the same time, though those are past, now we have extras! wtH. sigh.

2nd) Having to visit the MO at MMI and being diagnosed as having an upper tendon joint problem. Sigh. Now if i were to play squash for too long, my whole shoulder would just go numb and if it was to carry heavy objects, it feels as if my whole arm is going to dislocate frm my shoulder.

3) Third,having to complete our toughest outfield excerise yet. 4days 3 nights. OMg.. Actually it was planning to be 4 days nights la but it ended with 5days and 4 nights. Omg.. and i guess if i were to add up all the sleeping hours that we had, i guess we only had the luxuary of like 20hrs over the 5 days? and that might already be an overestimation.

last but not least is the recent tags on my tagboard. Haha.. what a nice CNY gift dont ya think? hmm.. to annoymous, perhaps it would be a gd thing if u do let me know who u actually are? and as for ht.. thanks!

haha i guess its been slightly more than a month since my last update right? Sorry abt it. Was being too tired and lazy lately. Anyway for those who doesnt know abt it k, but the 19th ADWO 35mm AA gun course has finally come to an end on the 13 of January! Talk abt a long course! Hmm, nothing really much to add except to say thanks to a very special person who has been providing all the warmth and happiness.

11 december. What a wonderful cold morning to sleep in.lol. Sigh i feel as if i have very little things to blog nowadays due to the NS restriction of revealing classified information regarding training or whatsoever. Sigh..

Anyway there was this incident in camp that had really made me pissed. In my platoon, there's this Mr M. Anyway Mr M this nick name was already given to him when he was in poly so yeah. So back to the point, this Mr M, has been on status for quite some time with the latest being the infection to his elbow. How he got the infection u may wonder right? It was actually a simple thing of just running, falling and then scrapping his elbow to the floor. So.. the thing is, he was excused uppper limb.Understadable right? but then he cant run toO! So all of us just have to wait for him to collect/return the keys whenever we have to fall in. And thats not the most rediculous part. His wound, was from a simple scratch to getting an infection and the best, he got ATT C for 2 days! WTH! ok.Nvm that was really called chao keng. its Ok.. Then on bookout day, as usual there's the stand by bed regime before we book out, and one of the things that staff is very insistant, is the emptying of the water bottles before we leave as he doesnt want us to have overnight water. So being the REGULAR NAVY boy that he is, he actually left his water in the bottle and was caught. And the initial punishment if we were to fail the area cleaning was to go back up, change into PT attire and do a proper area cleaning again. And that MR M was like " Oh yeah, there's water inside." and laughed. OMG. So what if u are going to sign on into the navy? You dont have to show us that u love water so much right? if u like water so much then why dont u just pour water onto your bed and sleep on a wet bed? IF u dont wish to book out, then tell us, u can glady help us take the confinements in our steads. At the rate you are going right, i cannot imagine u being a regular onboard a navy vessel? Rather what is the navy going to become with an ass like u? sigh. whatever. I hate seeing u passing out of the course with us when u are such an ass. What to do, the world is cruel, men are selfish.

Hey all! Sorry for the slightly late post this week cos i've been spending most of my time out with friends. hahaha! TO nick, hey so sad that i didnt get raped on friday, the whole platoon was just too bz on that day so i kinda escaped my bday bash. lol! so sad right? Anyway thanks Joe and Sm for celebrating my bday for me on friday. And to Joe, nice chilling out time huh? ;) Anyway saturday was kinda boring in the morning, considering that only 5 of us turned up for squash at sp. Hmm, dinner was at Marina Manaderin and the international buffet was not too bad la, but Oriental Hotel's is better. ;) Then the day ended up with watching SAWII and hmm i feel that SAWII isnt as nice as its predecessor.

Then sunday, hey thanks Marc, Sabrina, Ken and the rest for the presents! =)

hey!i forgot to add this in the previous post! During the week and if i'm not mistaken, on tuesday night where we were given alot of admin time, my buddy Kim wah was stripped not once, not twice but 4 times! OK la.. the first time was because he said something to me, so i decided to grab him when the rest also decided to grab him as well, so it ended up with him being stripped. Then round 2 came when cpl john came up, so we asked him if he wanted a replay of what had just happened, so cpl john shouted "replay!" so there we went stripping kim wah again. lol. Round 3 happened, when Kim Wah decided to be playful and sprayed soap water on both Young Chun and Rayth when they were showering. The best part, Young chun had already finished showering and was already drying himself up with the towel when he was bombarded with soapy water. lol. and the 3rd time it wasnt just stripping but with the wiping of colgate over his body and little BROTHER of cos! how could we have missed that out right? lol. Then the 4th time came when Sgt Johnathon got to know abt us stripping him, and had decided to play a part in it. ANd this time it was even more organised , with dedourant, colgate, shaving cream and a hell lot of people to grab him down. yeah it was a really fun night, i think i ended up having stomach cramps because i laughed too much. hahaha!

Gd morning!! Damm i hate my biological clock!Fancy myself sleeping at 2 plus and waking up at 7. Sigh. Is this one of the many cons due to the nature of army? Ok enough of the lamenting. This week has been a rather slack week. Considering that the weather hasnt really been very gd, raining nonstop for 2 whole days. Haha but it was sure nice to sleep in that kind of weather though! So basically monday and tuesday was a stay in hanger and enjoy the weather kind of training but i did receive my no3 uniform already! Sad to say, i dont have the correct size for my top. Oh well, it alot better than my instructors who only got theirs early this year when they have already been in army for so long. haha. Wednesday, the most tiring day of all, deployment and siezing drill again! Ok, i'm cool with the drills but not cool with the pushing of the gun again, not too sure why but my right shoulder was starting to hurt again while i was pushing in the gun and had really no energy to push in the gun any further. anyway i seriously dont quite know what else to write besides the fact that i love bookouts. =p hahahah

HEY!The most enduring week has finally passed.TRY OUTS ARE OVER!Man, thank god its all over now. Try outs were really tough. Imagine only sleeping 3 hrs a day, spending the other 21 hrs, carrying jellycans, hammering pickles, setting up guns, preparing admin tennage, then undo all of them, moving off to a new site. sigh. And thanks SM, for trying to give me a visit when i was at the new site. =) It was also a good thing that we had fresh rations instead of combat rations. IF it was combat rations, i believe that i would fainted due to the lack of food in my tummy.THose 3 days had really passed extremely slowly and somehow everybody's morale was at the all time low, especially for the spec course trainees, it can clearly be seen how unmotivated they were and i believe that every mistake that they make, its a confinement. Anyway we were deployed at 2 different sites over the span of the 3 days. The first site though it was hot but at least it was alot better with the grass and trees surrounding us but the second site was horrible. No vegetation at all, and the ground was all stones. Imagine sleeping on rough rocks.Sigh,at that point of time, i had really wished i was back in NInja's Field camp, at least there's grasses everywhere.

ANyway after the tryout excerise, there was a sudden change in all of our instructors attitude. It was so drastic that it left all of us shocked for words. Imagine booking out early for the first time , and its not by an hour or so, but 3 hours! Then not to mention a friendlier attitude to all of us, and also booking in late on sunday. Imagine that! hahaha! Oh well, i hope that this is persist throughout the whole course, then at least it wouldnt seem so unbearable to all of us. =)

Then on sat, hmm i'm not too sure why i was feeling so lethergic at squash but i really felt that i was wasting my own time there not training others and myself. Then i had actually wanted to start training on proper as well but sadly there werent enough guys around. Sigh.. sometimes its really tough to set up a club to run well and properly. Then in the later part of the day, my dad was nagging at me for not taking care of my uniform and using the car. sigh. i just hate being nagged at and he just simply adores it. ha. Oh well, then in the afternoon, it was time spent together wtih both joe and chinx at my place watching anime. ahah. nothing really much to add int here. The night time was really the enjoyable part. had dinner with Denise at east coast, the bedok hawker centre there. Though the time spent was short but it was really enjoyable. =)

Sunday, today. haha nothing much i guess, just doing some bloggin and packing up my clothes. will be looking toward into attending the wedding dinner on sunday. =)

To Denise, hey! i'm sorry that i had to cancel our usual dinner today. Really really sorry, will make it up nxt week k? =)

Ok! one tip for all friends of nick who can drive, DO NOT DRIVE WITH NICK WHEN HE IS SUNBURNT AND IS WEARING A RED SHIRT, this is because all the traffic lights that you go do, will always be red. And its really the truth. Anyways the reason why i had to cancel the dinner was beacuse i was at Peishan's Hse with Mek, Yimin and nick to celebrate PS's bday. Omg her new condo is awesome! A bowling alley, a super huge and nice swimming pool with a slide, Nice Scenary. The bbq was great too!

I cant believe that its already 2am on a sunday.Omg,bookout time is really short and sadly i already expecting to get confined for failing one of the tests i had last week. Anyway training last week was just the usual things till thursday where we were deployed to the TarMac. It was our first outfield training and honestly, its tough Not just physically but mentally too;out of 48 hrs, only 3 hrs of slp, no showering, no brushing of teeth, only 1 set of uniform, no using of hp. I have never felt so exhausted before, not even during Ninja's Field Camp. Goodness. And what is worse, tml, i'll be going for my tryouts - outfield , 3Days 2 Nights. I'm so going to die.. Anyway dudes! dont expect any sms-es frm me during the nxt few days as i wont be brining my hp to the field.

To the SP peeps!, Hey! i know things have been rough with nyp during the iVp. But dont let that bother you guys k? No matter what happens, you guys will always be the best to me, to sp, to everybody. I'm also glad that alot of you guys have seen yourself improved since the last time you guys had participated in a competition and thats something worth giving yourself a tab on the back. You guys earned it! =) btw, i'm also sorry for not being able to turn up when you guys needed me, during the pre-ivp trainings and ivp themselves. SOrry sorry. Hopefully after i turn op, i'll be able to go down for the trainings more regulary. =)

To Nobel pple, hey! We are already mid way through november and its about you guys start training. Competition would be around the same time as last year, March if i'm not wrong so lets not be last again. I really hope you guys can put in the effort to train , to win and to show the rest of the clubs that we are not a team to be trivelled with.This year, the guys team is more or less the usual guys that have been playing alongside thus far but i'm also being bold by hoping that i'm able to form up a girls team, with enough players to rotate through the competition but thats just being awfully hopeful. Ok enough said, i've already come up with a rough training plan for both div. Saturaday!!! Man today was really fun! the activities are as follows.

Morning : Squash at SP. Training started later today as NP was trying out the SP courts in preparation of their games on monday. It was also the first time that i conducted physical training before any court drills. Not too sure on how the dudes really felt abt it so i hope u guys can give some feedback ya? Then anyway today i took sabrina, suzanna and peishan for training and honestly, i do feel that they have certain potential to improve themselves alot further ,its just that they have to put in the effort.. especially SABRINA! WAH LAU! doing abit of drop drive on the forehand side and u are already complaining tired! u ar!!! Then yimin.. well, I took her on some service return drills. Hmm... it wasnt too bad but it can improve =)

AfternOon : Hahaha! the funniest and most fun part of the day! I was out with one of my best buds today, Alvin Chan! lol. Ok we were basically shopping at the army market first for some stuffs before going on to bugis to look at clothes. Anyway my bro here is a Sergeant with a chao private's calibre. So much for passing his navigation test! lol. ok, i shant go into the details of that , but thanks bro for adding so much laughter! Anyway we basically shopped frm around 4pm till 8pm. And all he got himself a polo T and shirt whereas i got a pair of jeans and 2 t shirts. So while we were shopping, we saw Neo and the first thing that came out frm Neo was " Hey alvin! u look fatter!" lol! Alvin was so demoralised after that that he was saying he didnt have the mood to continue shopping for clothes anymore. lol.

Night : Hmm, i had a very nice dim sum dinner with Denise at the place where she is working at. hey! i wanna go there and eat again man! Oh, i dont think many pple know abt this, but i actually like eating dim sum alot! Siew Mai and Hai gao! Omg! How to resist them?

Well its abt another 15mins before i leave this pc to book in. Man, the feeling of booking in sure sucks. Anyway this morning i had squash with joe, sm and nick. Ok.. first i was late for squash in the morning as i couldnt wake up by 8 and i ended up reaching yck at around 1020 then after that i played with the guys till around 1130 before i had to rush through my shower and rush down for sushi. And once again i was late. SUper late! like abt 45mins? Hahah. Luckily both Edwin and Nick wasnt really that pissed. =-p Ok. Sushi was great! I just totally enjoy eating sushi man! Oh memorable thing at the resturant was the trainee waitress. WE just kept noticing that she keeps removing our plates asap. Its almost every time she walks pass us, she'll go " hi, can i take away those plates?" Then in the end, she got teased by Zhong saying, " do u get commission for clearing the plateS" and also " are u highly paid by them? if not why are u working so harD?" hahahaha. It was funny la! Then after that it was off to Zhong buying a present for someone's bday. Nothing much really happened after except that i was at home watching anime when my dad called back to me saying that someone had banged into his car. I have yet to see extent of the damage but its really damm suay! First was the scratch on the right front bumper and now a dent in the back. ANd the car is not even a year old yet. Wth.

Hey! I've booked out early today! and it also happens to be the earliest as well! SO happy!!! ANyway as you guys can see, i've changed my layout to something that i'm pretty satisfied with. At least i dont seem so childish anymore. lol. Anyway i'm currently waiting for Joe and Sm to come to my place before we have dinner and chill out. Its been some time since i've gone out with them to chill. haha..

tml is sushi buffet time! omg i just miss having sushi! Having it the gang of 4 tml. Nick, Edwin, Zhong and myself. I can still remember the time we went to have sushi together and we were totally awed by Edwin huge appetite. lol! and till now, we still cant beat him. sigh. anywares! see yaz!

Hey! its a public holiday tml ok i mean today! but who cares? what matters is that we are allowed to book out! lol. ok HAPPY DEPAVALLI to all our indian friends out there! Ok, booking in on sunday and booking out on monday night was honestly a waste of time. Today all we did was only 3 rounds of tests and Tingwei had actually fainted during one of the tests due to heat exhaustion. Omg, it was really stunning to see him faint. And the worst part was, before he recovered, Coporal John was like showing him 2 fingers and asking him what he can see and he couldnt even give us a reply . Then there isnt much to add on besides the fact that i'm booking in once again later in the night, how boring can that be? Area inspection would be conducted on wednesday night before book out and somehow i'm getting a feeling that the whole platoon would be getting confined then, not to mention its actually a 2x confinement. Sigh. that sucks!

IVP competition is coming around the corner and i would like to take the opporunity here to wish all the players taking part , all the best and win all the games that you are taking part in. And i also would like to give my deepest support for Huiwen, Denise, Yimin , Marcus and Joshua. I've seen how much effort you guys have been putting into training and therefore dont lose the confidence that u have built up over the past few months. The only one stopping you, is yourself. Tell yourself that u can win and you will! Dont give up at any cost! To Denise and Marcus, hey! i know you guys are best buds la! but there are somethings that u guys should not learn frm each other and thats the lack of self confidence. YOu guys have trained very very hard, and your hard work has been paid off but what is lacking now is your self confidence in the game. Have a strong mindset in the game and dont let any setbacks waver you. You guys can do it! SHow me the trophies that was untouchable for my year.. Then i also wanna apologise to all the SP players , sorry that i cant make it down for the IVP as i'll be in camp. But i do hope that u guys know that i'll always be there supporting and cheering you guys on emotionally =) yup!

Hope u had enjoyed yourself with your bunk mates earlier! ANyway i was out with denise for dinner earlier, FROG LEG at Geylang! What can be better than that man? hahah! didnt really do much after that besides looking at some dogs somewhere in seranganoon before i sent her home. THen after that i managed to catch a movie with nick, DOOM. Ok.. the movie.. was alright la. dont expect too much from the storyline but i guess its a pretty ok show for a mountain turtle like me now.

Hey all! hows has the past week been? Well for me, i was living in fear everyday as we were told that only 3 of us passed the test . Ok for those who funked it right, that equates with 1 confinement and obviously we do not want confinements right? so yeah. Then basically for the whole week, it was just doing the same old thing over and over again. How boring can that be. I'm really starting to feel that i'm getting more stupid for the following reasons,

1) There's no opporunity for us to even read the newspaper unless we are willing to sariface our mere 7 hrs of slp. So we arent even updated with the latest news happening around regionally and globally.

2) Then there's the issue of reading our own books... and like the same reason above, do we even have the time to do so? The weekends u might say? Hmm.. but i'm not as silly as to give up my precious weekend time for reading books.. omG thats nuts.

3) WE only follow orders.

Sigh... army is boring. Ok i'm just lamenting. Anyway, there's the 2 public holidays that i'm looking forward to. Hopefully we do not get any stupid confinements along the nxt 3 day alt week. Oh.. the most used threat against in camp is always confinement this , confinement that. Sigh.

Then last night after bookout i was able to make it down to SP. haha. I sure look KUKU playing squash in my long4 last night. lol. But it was fun la. Then today , training was alright la. Did some booast drive with marcus. Not too bad i must say.. hmm i mean his drive, for booast there's still lots of room for improvement. Then today i played with joshua a best of 3 game. and guess what ? i actually lost! haha the last set was at a score of 10-9. Man i'm shagged. Then Edmund came down! Omg! it has been ages since i've seen this bro of mine. hahaha. Ha speaking of edmund, it really reminds me of times i had in SAS, together with Joseph, Mark, Marcus, Timo, Sasi, Edmund, Yongqi, Brendan, Yonghui. Haha.. those were the times man. Haha can also remember during our trainings at yck, we would always take short breaks to peek at IJTP tennis girls training. Boy do i miss those times! TImes in SP as well, all the joke , laugher and crazy training that zaniel puts us through. ha. Ok i guess i'm just suffering from the " i hate ns too much and just wanna get out of there" syndrome. haha. ok gtg man

GOod MorniNg everybody! Hows the day starting out? Gd i hope =).

It was just a mere 9 hours ago since i booked out of camp and with less than 6 hours of sleep i'm up waiting to go for squash. hahaha. The past week of training for me was rather slack as there were only 3 night trainings and with thursday having a 2.5hr admin break time for the whole platoon. OmG. it was the first time that i had actually got the oppornunity to read newspaper and do whatever i want to do. ok now for the major events that happened during the week

1) Learning a new weapon. THE SAW ( Section Assult Weapon ) But i would rather call it the Super Ancient Weapon. Alright, i'm not too sure if i'm allowed to disclose details on that weapon so i shall keep it short. Anyway its really a very sucky weapon and guess what? its actually made in Singapore. Wow.. so much for manufacturing standards.

2) Test. Omg.. Surprise test was given to us just before book out. Ok we were actually given 2 weeks to study it but last night , our platoon commander had actually told us that it would be given nxt week and out of a sudden , our sergeant just went " hey u guys betta take this time and study cause u are having your test tonight" -___- Then during the test, my sergeants were looking through my paper after i end it up but they all gave me the confirmed confinement look. Then after that Coporal John was looking through it in detail and after that he gave me the thumbs up. Hmm.. i really hope that i do pass that test if not there goes my training on saturday.

3) Made Det Commander again yesterday. Sigh.. It was pushing in the gun time and the Coporals were like " Who would like to voluneer for Det Com?" Obviously nobody wanted to be Det commander as it was a very stressful role. THen Coporal Kai Quan was like " U do know that if i were to choose,who i'm going to choose right" And that ans was Jackson. Omg no way! Then while he was saying that, Coporal John was looking at me with that grin. And that was because the last time i was made Det Com, i had managed to align the gun with 2 trys which was a pretty gd attempt i must say. So anyway there was i being DEt com. So there we went, pushing the gun forwards first for the distance and also space. Then after settling that it was alright, i commandered it to move backwards into the hanger. Damm, we missed the turning point because i wasnt really loud enough and that the guys didnt echo out my commmand. Now then i realise how impt echoing is. But it was too late, the gun was totally out. Then Pc came down and was noticing how we were doing our job and stuff. So i tried aligning the gun with the limited space infront of the hanger and it was hopeless. Too little space for rectifying such a huge error. So i took up Sergeant Jack's advice of pushing back the gun to its original position. ok while that was going on, we had also pumped about 40 times and pushed the PSU in and out of the hanger as we couldnt meet the timing given to us. Sigh then the biggest and most stressful threat came, " IF u guys cant push the gun out within the nxt 20 mins, you will push out another gun!" Omg that was the worst thing that could happen and that was also the start of all the mishaps. First was Terence who fell while pushing the PSU in the hanger and he was one of the strongest guys around, then came Rong Quan who fell as we were told to run to the PSU as fast as possible if not we'll have to knock it down. SO 2 fitting fit guys were out. Ok let me give u guys some numbers first, for the gun side, we only have about 10 fighting fit guys and now 2 guys were out right, so it leaves with only 8 out of the eight, you need 7 to push and command the gun so we are left with 1 right? and the last one was already left to rest as he had a hand cramp. I was like so feeling so stressed and guilty as i feel that it was my fault for not aligning the gun properly hence dragging the time. Then at 18mins plus, the sergeant made the call to change one pusher. Terence voluneered but no way was i going to let him push as he had already injured himself so he replaced me as Det commander while i became the pusher. By the time he had taken over, i had already aligned the gun so it was actually up to the pushers to push in the gun. Rather the gun was aligned pretty early but we just cant push it in. So yeah the 3 pushers at that time was , Ding wei, Chinaman and myself. I was really damm pissed at myself as i had felt it was my fault for the 2 injured guys and all the punishment that was melted to us so when we were given the command to push the gun, i just gave it all . And the best part, the gun went in on our first try! And also for the first time, with only 3 men. As normally they would give us the 4th pusher to help us push it in. Ok we are weak but what do u expect pushing a 6.5ton vehicle? I was so happy that i nearly cried. Sigh. Sigh sigh sigh. Though we had managed to push in the gun but i'm still very demoralised and no longer believe that i'm a good det com. sucks man being the det com.

Oh! one gd thing about yesterday was the supper that i had with Fu yong at geylang. Frog leg was gd man!! =)

Alright i guess thats enough of the story, its already 850am and i guess i have to get already as i'm fetching , yongqi, yonghui and yimin to go to training.

Yesterday after squash, i was at the austrailian university open house. And i've got to know that i could actually get 2 years of exemption for most of the schools providing the aeronautical engineering course that i'm looking forward to. I think the best for me right now would be RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) as i'm able to do a double degree. Aerospace Engineering and Business Management. I've also enquired regarding doing my PPL over there as well, and the advisor from RMIT was saying that , they would not allow me to do a double course while i'm there but i can always take it as a sideline, something like a cca? University of New South Wales seems pretty good too and it seems to be more accredited compared to RMIT. But for UNSW, i'm not too sure if i can do my PPL over there as i have yet to enquire about any flight schs in the vincinity. Does anybody have any idea over which is a better sch, RMIT or UNSW? sigh.. this is a problem. And right now i'm already re considering going over as i'm not able to bear leaving my friends behind.

Anyway after the university thing, i was at kallang with huiwen, weisan, yimin and nailin. They were actually there with the purpose of buying rackets whereas for me, i had wanted to try the new O3 series of prince rackets. So anyway both Huiwen and Nailin bought the TT VIPER which is a very gd racket. It has both the power of Dominant and the control of Soveriegn. So talk abt a deadly combination and you'll get TT Viper! hahah! As for the O3 series.. well, i gotta admit they are both very powerful rackets, excellent for hard hitters but i feel that they lack feeling in them. But of cos thats my opinion of them.

Oh while the guys were trying out their rackets and talking abt the feeling of the rackets, it kinda struck me that a relationship is just like buying a racket. One has to first test the racket, to know how it feels and only buying it after deciding that thats the kind of feel that he/she is looking for. Isnt a relationship so simliar? First ya gotta get to know the person well, to know if he/she is the kind of person u are looking for and once the feeling is right, try to go for it? haha. ShrugZ i'm just talking nonsense i guess. I kinda feel as if i have forgotten how it is to like a person, how it is to truely love a person anymore. Well i guess that is also a good thing cos at least nobody would be hurt. The best to just be myself, there's no need for pretence or whatsoever.

On a more serious note regarding squash. If i'm not mistaken, the inter club games will commence somewhere in march hence for us, nobel. Training will begin in the month of november so as to cater for the As and Os students that we have. So i hope everybody who's reading this right now, would do a kind favour to themselves by at least keeping themselves physically fit as the training would not start off on a soft note. Physical training will just part and parcel of every training and expect yourself to travel quite a fair bit both at the start and towards the end of the training period as we'll be travelling around for friendlies. I want us to win, i dont want to see us at the bottom of the list again. Lets show Au Yeong that we can do something on our own. Lets show him what we are made of. Be it whether if we were from Saint Andrews or not. Now that we are in Nobel, we are all Nobel! and as Nobel we'll win! =) Lol. i think i'm going crazy.

On a more personal level, to someone who feels strangled with my presence around and that it would be rude to reject training. Then lets put it this way, u are the one who are making yourself feel that way, not me not the other members. You have no obligations or whatsoever to be trained by me or Joseph if he is there to help out. Let the truth be left untold, if u feel that i'm that bad of a coach please feel free to find somebody else to help you out.

Anyway for all you nobel guys out there, there are some things that u need to know.

1) Get as many nobel players as possible for nxt sat training as we will be training with YJC, along with joseph and myself coaching. But as for me, thats provided i dont get confined though.

2) Please sleep well. For the SP squashers , i know that u guys would have training at the night before so do sleep well cos the training will be alittle physical and i wouldnt want you guys to not able endure the training because of the lack of sleep.

3) Dont drink and eat too much before training.

4) Training will be from 10am-2pm so do arrange your time properly.

5) Everybody is expected to bring at least one squash ball each.

Today is saturday once again. Nothing really much to add as training has always been the same, pushing the 6.5 ton gun in and out of the hanger. NS really makes us stupid. All week long , we are just listening to orders, waiting for something to happen. The only time that we had actually had to use our brain power was when we had to study for a test. And the test was also about the gun. Omg, how braindead i am. I had actually wanted to bring books in to read, sadly i dont even have the time to make phone calls. Sadness. Sigh. I would really want to have a positive outlook on army life but this is really getting alittle too much.

Anyway like i have mentioned earlier, today is SATURDAY so here are my plans!

Plans for the day:

1) Squash
2) Going down to orchard hotel for the Austrailian Universities Exhibition

Hey! Its sunday already and i'm booking in again. Man, and i thought i would not be experiencing this feeling once i'm out of tekong but oh well its the army. Last night was pretty happening for me. Although the section outing was not sucessful as alot of the guys are unable to make it but Alvin and I still managed to catch a movie late in the night. Imagine watching a movie at 0225hrs. Omg.. its so tiring! Alvin actually fell asleep halfway through the movie.haha The 40 yr old virgin is a pretty ok show i guesS? but perhaps not worth the $$ as a weekend movie though. Wedding crashers was alot better!

Btw i gotta thank Denise for the weekly stonning cum talk cock session! And last night's was nice too! Perhaps we should go there for the stonning session more often? lol.

Hey Nick!!! I want to fish! Faster go plan out your time so that i know when we can fish! And also do keep me updated on the vertical marathon thingy k?

Hey i'm finally back from the first hell week of ADA's ADWO's training. Training there is by far the worst i have experienced. Can u imagine that only 3 men, are used to push a weapon system weighing 6.5 tonS? Oh yes, that is what is happening behind the walls of the base everyday. We had just started pushing the gun system out of the hanger on thursday. Started at around 1plus since then on, we had just been pushing and pushing and pushing the huge monster out of a slight depression or something. By the time we had actually ended the day it was already like 2330? Oh my god, i was so tired that i had to use my helmet and my head to push the system cos my arms were too exhausted. Not to mention that we had pull up regimes both during lunch and dinner. 2 sets of 12pushups along with 2 sets of 20 pushups. Ok. 20 pushups are nothing but not when u are doing it as a group and the everybody is just too tired to keep their "butts up". Admin time there is also minimal. 30-45mins everday will be given. But within that time frame, we are supposed to finish eating our supper, bath and writing our journals. Basically thats the only things we could do within such a time frame. I couldnt even talk to my parents for the whole week. A little too much there dont u think? Sigh what to expect? We are supposedly the commandoes of the air force. On the brighter side of life, perhaps i could make it to sentosa after the course with a better body frame? hahaha.

Oh although training there is tough, guess what? i had actually put on weight! 1kg. hahaha. Anyway i couldnt make it for the squash training today cos the commanders seemed too preoccupied during the morning and had pushed the pushing activites in the afternoon and that delayed everything. Booked out at 945. Wth. how to actually get to sp in time. Sian. Cant they actually give us early book out as an incentive? Perhaps the only incentive that we get everyday is to know that there's always good supper waiting for us. Hahah, this is one thing i must admit that the air force is really gd at. Seriously until now, i still cant believe the fact that for nightsnacks, everybody is given 3 different types. For example, last night we had, banana cake, vanila cream bun and 4 slices of bread with cheese. Goodness right? On the first day, we actually had cup noodles and i was totally stunned. haha.

One thing to add about my platoon. On the first day of enlistment, we had a total strength of 31 fighting fit guys and now guess what? We are left with a mere force of 17 fighting fit guys with a total of 13 guys on status and 1 OOC as he is leaving for the pilot vocation. Great isnt it?

Section outing also happens to be cancelled as there were no replies back from the guys. haha that i must admit is pretty demoralising considering that i had really wished to meet up with the guys. oh well. what to do.

Haha i believe that its already alittle too early to plan this out, considering that i do not know what time i'm booking out on friday. But who careS?! At least i have something to anticipate about. ahahaha

Friday - Squashing in Sp with the guys. But that is of course provided that i can book out in time to reach home, take the car and rush down to school.

Saturday - Squashing in the morning in SP with the Nobel team. Joshua, Marcus, Yongqi and Denise was right, i should start training them for the up coming IVP. So most likely i'm starting my training regime with them on sat but without the physical training as thats reserved till the whole team is back and ready to roll. Oh just a thought, in order to maintain the physical fitness of the team after competition, i was considering having one long distance run every month. The venue of the run changes every month because i feel that its boring to keep running the same place all the time hence we will move to someone's place with the person guiding us on the route to run. THis will be an endurance run hence i think it should be around 45mins of non stop jogging? shrugZ. This is just an idea but will see how on it.

Saturday - haha sorry i've kinda side tracked on the saturday event earlier. Hahah, in the night i'm hoping that the ninja4section2 outing would be sucessful and btw, i'm looking forward to the treats that my OCS friends are going to give. hahah! Most likely we'll be in town having supper ( i think swensons are the only thing thats open till so late and is in town.. so yeah) then followed by a movie? ShrugZ we'll see as how things goes perhaps?

Hey i'm not too sure if you guys are experiencing the same problem but the new entry page of blogspot seems to be problematic doesnt it? Ok perhaps its just my pc? ShrugZ. Anyway just for the record, i booked out on tuesday night. The reason? Instructors of 160 Squardon Flight A1 were all on deployment hence our PC Capt Lance felt that there was no reason to confine us in camp as we wont be learning anything anyway. So far, i have only seen 2 commanders. One would be Captain Lance and the other 3rd Sergeant Jack. Ok both are nice but somehow i missed the commanders of Ninja coy back in Bmtc2. Some how my new commanders lack that chrisma and fun-loving nature of my previous commmanders. Life in ADA, i guess its so so, but somehow i feel that we are treated almost like recruits. So much for my friends telling me abt how slack their respective units are, ours are like so strict, so on the ball. Certain interesting things to note, my bunk has one of the best view in camp i believe, because it has a swimming pool infront of us while HDB flats on our right and HT's condo to the back(can u believe it?).And another thing, the moment i had passed out from BMT, i thought that the bunks could go no higher than the fifth floor but guess what? i'm now living on the 6th. Congrats right? Now i know why ADA is able to be the leading unit in the Air Force 10km run, making the record of completing it within 32mins. Crazy! As for the fellow privates along with me? So far so gd, i've made 3 pretty gd friends, namely, Fu Yong, Mel and Kim Wah. Jokers. By the way, i do not have any more leaves available to me as ADA has already used them up while letting us book out on those 3 days. So much for being happy to be out.

Anyway i had really enjoyed myself for the past few days. On tues after i booked out, i immediately rushed down to Mek's place for her bday celebration, though i must admit that it was pretty simple but i believe that it was the thought that counts =) Oh, Peishan, Yimin ,Alvin and Nick were there and i must say its been a pretty long time since i last saw PS and Yimin and of cos they still look the same. hahaha. I'm glad that they had enjoyed the cheese cake and i've also learnt of a better way of eating the cake thanks to them too! lol.

Wednesday.. Honestly i do not have much recollection on what had happened on that day, but as far as i can remember, i was out buying stuffs from the army market and toa payoh. Basically just travelling all over the place. TiriNg.

Thursday.. What was memorable was squashing with Denise and gang but besides that too, i cant really remember. haha sorry i'm getting old.

Friday.. Craziness! The day started out with me picking Peishan up to go down to kallang to try out the new rackets , which we did of course and OMG! The new TT Viper is gd, better than my sovereign but not as gd as my Dominant. There were also other rackets but i guess the next one that was pretty impressive would be the Head Liquid Metal 160. Heavy but i kinda like the feel of it. Its very similar to the response that i get from Prince rackets. Anyway after that , it was picking up of Nick and going down to SP for squash . I've managed to call Joe and Joseph from Tchs to come. And boy did they give me a good fight, hmm not that i won them or anything but it just feels so gd. I believe on fri i had a total of 16 sets. And now, my whole body is aching. Its worse than BMT man. After the squashing session was dinner! I was so so so famished and we went down to Bukit Timah Market for dinner, it was not too bad i must say.. then after that i fetched both nick and yimin home. We stayed at yimin's void deck for nearly an hour i think, just stonning and talking. Hahaha. I think i have just found a new hobby, stonning while chatting.

Sat. Squashing at SP once again. This time with the NOBEL pple. Had a game with Aidan which was supposed to be a showdown. haha, at first i was pretty worried about losing to him as that would make him the best in the club and right now, i dont think its the right time for him to be big headed, not as if he hasnt have enough attitude problems as it is.So basically it was squash squash squash followed by showered, lunch and then ice cream at PS. Rum and Raisin is gd!! Following that was home but with Denise that is. Ha.. no wrong ideas k.SHe had to go to Scouts HQ for some award presentation , hence inorder to be in the neatest uniform, the best way is to iron it before going there. haha. After that was dinner at home, followed by dinner part 2 with her in Geylang. Then we went exploring geylang in the car, looking at all those pros and lechers. Then we headed down towards kallang indoor stadium where we walked around and just stoned and talked.haha. See what i told you? Thats my new interest. Stonning and Talking. haha. Oh, actually there was supposed to be a fishing session now but nick didnt felt like it hence it was cancelled.

PS: I do not want to be the last club for the nxt season of interclub. WE WILL WIN!

Its amazing how time flies. 3 days have passed and here i go, abt to book in ADA Camp in Chong Pang. Its a pretty sad thing when i compare myself to my other friends in the other vocations in air force. Imagine to be able to book out on a daily basis but the only bad point would be that they might recall u back at any time of the day. I'm not too sure on how the rest would treat this, but i definately wouldnt mind it. hahaha.

Anyway these few days were really quite fufilling. Had squash on both friday night and saturday morning. Then on both fri and sat, i had both Denise and Huijie respectively to try my Ice Cream Oreo Ice Cream Cheese Cake with banana. And they both said that it was great! haha. Oh Huijie managed to try it cos it so happened that i was taking a bus home from squash on sat and saw her boarding it at NP. So suggested her to come try my cake. Oh! New suggestion from Denise. Strawberry? Sounds good! Will try it the nxt time when i'm baking the cake with Karen and her friend MAggie? Oh , i actually had alvin to try the cake today. But he didnt really have a good opinion on it. Oh well, everybody has their own preferences right? HOpefully the guys would enjoy the cake on Mekko's bday on tues. HAPPY BIRTHDAY XIAO MEI! in advance that is. =)

Speaking of Karen, Yt had actually asked me a very funny question one day. She actually asked me if i like karen, I was like -___-???. I was pretty stunned. And if i didnt remember wrongly, its because she felt that i was very close to Karen. But i guess the reason why i'm suddenly so nice and chatty to Karen is because there's no longer anybody's feelings that i have to concern myself with. And basically that is how i'm treating all my other friends as well. Oh with regards to YT. I really dont know what to say. I admit i do admire her matureness towards certain things but one thing that i cannot stand is her drawing such a clear line between feiends and not a friend. ALl this while, whether i was with Ht or not, i've always treated her as a friend but i guess it wasnt to her, at least her use of langauge didnt reflect it.

Oh on friday night, i had actually had supper with my cousin Christy at Abi's place. The food was gd as usual and surprisingly crowded as well. It was a pretty nice time then as between both of us, it has been a very very long since we were actually out together for anything. Hopefully there would be more outings like that, maybe more happening ones? hahaha.

Saw Edwin too. On sat night for supper. Nothing much abt it but one thing is for sure. He has grown darker and FATTER! lol.

Oh, i cant wait for nxt month to come where i can meet up with the ninja4section2 guys. Miss those guys man! the guys whom went through all the shit together. haha. Miss taking to Neo and Izwan too. I'm also looking forward for nxt month too as my allowance would be in and then alvin and i can go shopping for clothes. Actually i saw a pretty nice t shirt today at army market but i was really broke.. sad. Its this brown t shirt and a girl in bikini at the side of it. The bikini says no looking for the top, and no touching for the bottom. Pretty crude but pretty nice. haha.

Anyway i have been reading Ht's blogs recently and i guess its really about time for me to move on. She's happy with her life, with her new bf and his family. So what is there for me to be upset or worried abt right?The things that she mentioned in her blog. Alittle crude for me to read but expected, nonetheless she does sound like she has matured a fair bit. Strange isnt it? The both times ZM, entered her life, she matured. Anyway its a good thing la. I'm happy for both of them =)

Oh, on a more decisive note. I've kinda decided to not get a gf ( not that anybody would really like me for who i am anyway) until i go overseas or something. Because right now, not only do i not have any time for the person but also what will happen when i go overseas to study. I dont wish to break anybody's heart again and mine as well. So i guess this is the best for me. Besides i'm very happy being able to know more friends. Right now, i just want to be close to all my friends again and from there slowly get to know more friends , so on and so forth. I guess i really have to change myself to be more socialising, to be more like ZHong. Zhong is really someone that i inspire to be at times like this.

In 10 hours or so, i would be officially in ADA camp. Right now, i'm missing the times i had with da ge and friends in AFS, talking abt girls and all the other stuffs. SLeeping at every available break, eating chicken cutlet at AF1. haha I'm going to miss him sia! And i'm hoping that Fu yong would be my buddy in camp. It would be nice to have him around sia. Though most likely he wont be able to replace my buds Kelvin and Alvin but definately there's room for more buds! hahaha.

Ok, its getting pretty late so its lights out for me!

RSAF - Round Short And Fat

Its just another 4 more days before i'll be attached to Chong Pang Camp for the xiong-est Air force training. What to do, i'm a ADWO , Air Defense Weapon Operator. Life in AFS has been extremely boring , so much so that i'm practically going to the school to sleep and also fighting an ongoing battle with the Z monster whenever there's a lecture. But i'm appreciating it, cos at least i know that i wont be able to experience that from nxt week onwards, nor would i be able to go home everyday like what i'm doing now. Just 4 more days. How short is that?

Anyway for all the recruits out there, if u do not know what does welfare mean to you in bmt. Pls pray that you'll be posted to hawke company sch1. How would i know? It happens so that one of my friends was posted to Hawke. And on the first day at AFS, he was saying that the sergeant in charge of us was already considered very xiong in Hawke. I was almost in the state of shock. I mean like all Sergeant Alex did was to shout at us so that we get into position thats it, and thats already considered xiong? haha. After that he was telling us about his experience in Hawke and honestly i have already reserved both my middle finger and shoulder for him. Why the middle finger and shoulder you would ask? hahaha

Middle finger - Is because his training was so slack that its unbelievable
Shoulder - To lend him a shoulder to cry on when the training at ADA gets too tough.

Just incase you were wondering how tough the training at ADA could get, well. The personnel in there are all expected to pull at least 20 chin ups by the end of the training course, not to mention to achieve a IPPT silver at the end of the day as well. Haha. Honestly for me, i do not really mind having such vigourous training but what makes me upset is the fact that we have to stay in both during training and after we complete it. How sad can that be? Compared to all the other vocations, we are the only ones who wear no4 on a daily basis, using camo creams and stay in. Oh well.. besides that, there's one thing at least i hope i can achieve and be happy about and thats getting a better body after going through all of that training.

Anyway i'm quite happy today as she talked to me pretty well. I guess i shall not say anything silly to her for the time being.

PS: My sergeant got knocked it down by a Master today. Interesting sight.

Was reading Tuesday with Morrie for the second time. Although the story did not touched me as much as it did before but i believe i understood its meanings more than before. A quote that i took from the book, " When u learn how to die, you'll learn how to live." I guess this is where my own quote comes in, " Through sadness is where i learnt happiness."

I've been reflecting through my actions regarding the past 3 months and i've came to realised how foolish i was, how stubborn i could get. Both Zhong and Sm gave me very gd advices that i refuse to heed. More like i knew they were right yet i didnt want to change; hence rotting myself away, throwing away the happy carefree side that i had. The worst was to actually shift all the blame onto ht for restricting my life for the 3 yrs that we had together. Its not until now then i realised that all of these problems were actually the cause of my indecsivness and unwillingness to stand up for what i really want. Close friends that i had, Jiahui, Ade and Huijuan are either long gone or we arent close anymore. All this while i had actually blamed that on Ht. But it wasnt even her fault, it was me who didnt want to agrue with her, who placed relationship above that of friendship and also for developing admiring feelings for them as i had really wished for Ht to be as understanding as they were. That also meant that i was comparing ht to them which isnt something that i should have done. I guess i'm just not cut out to be a good boyfriend and friend. But like the sayings go, "Failure is the mother of all sucess" & " What doesnt kill you, makes you stronger." I want to learn from what has happened and be a much better man.

Regrets in life? haha i do have a few and would like to elaborate on 1 of them.
1) Flying. That was something that i shouldnt have left it up to Heng/Suay. Really, thinking back on it, i was really stupid to have done that. Learning proceedures A and not B, so that i can leave it up to "Heaven" to decide forme whether it was better for me to continue with Flying or Squash + Ht. Big time stupid.

Thankful? Alot alot. I have to admit that i havent been a very good friend to all my best buds out there but thanks to all whom have helped me over those shadowed times.To all of you, i really owe u guys alot.
